I had a medical issue 3 months back that began with a visit to the medical centre which was actually my first visit. The medical issue turned out to be an emergency and Dr. El-Batnigi and staff were very comforting and providing me with the professional care I needed before heading to the hospital. Since that visit I have been back a few more times for a check up and to refill my prescriptions at the very efficient well run on site pharmacy. In addition to the on site pharmacy they also have an on site lab to get your blood tests done. It is a very clean and organized well run clinic and family practice. If you reside in the Vaughan area and looking for a great convenient walk in clinic or looking for a new family Doctor I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

This is a hidden gem that recently opened…read more Not only is this place open on Sundays (!!) it's also open late at night for those of us who can't get off work during the day to go to the doctors. It makes so much sense I'm really surprised more places don't do it. The doctor here is amazing and the services they offer are really above board. They do a lot of things that the other walk-in clinics in the area do NOT do, like on-site blood testing. I walked in on a Sunday after cutting my hand to hell washing a glass that broke, to see if I should go to ER to get stitches or if I was ok. The doctor fixed me right up, cleaned up the wound, bandaged it all, and had a tetanus shot all ready to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only downside to this place is the parking is in the rear and it's easy to miss the entrance to the parking. Just look it up on Maps before you go and you'll see you can just wrap around the back and there's a ton of parking. My wife took on the doctor here as her full time doctor and is over the moon with him so far. Great place.

This clinic is very modern, and they allow you to make an appointment (though the clinic was…read morepractically empty). However the doctor lacked basic skill and the bedside manor was nonexistent. I saw Dr. Antoinette Mikhail to have 6 stitches removed from my back. After several minutes of scrounging to find scissors and tweezers she instructed me to take my shirt off with the door open. She then began digging at my back at which point she remarked, "these scissors are very dull, they are making this difficult." Didn't I know, it was my flesh she was picking at. She got up and left the room without explanation leaving me sat there in my bra with the door open, and returned with a more appropriate looking set of tools. She then proceeded to use a dental pick type tool to dig 2 "half stitches" out of my back, swabbed me with alcohol and sent me on my way. This was 4 days ago, I have since removed 3 half stitches myself and am quite certain there is a 4th still under my skin. I would not recommend this clinic for much more than a flu diagnosis.
