I love the vibe and location in the First Ward in a safe area where there is available parking. When Erin was suddenly unavailable for an appointment I had scheduled before my engagement pictures, they were extremely accommodating and found someone else to do my hair. I am happy to have found this salon.

Her hater toward me was so much for some reason that her eyes were about to pop out at some point while talking. I rather have donated the money than given it to her. Salon was filthy owner was awful. Do believe the bad reviews, I didn't and I'm paying for it. Also do read the terms and conditions on her website because what it means is that you can sit in a chair and she can claim she cut your hair and there is nothing you can do but pay up.

I couldn't be happier that I made the switch! Michaela really took the time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair color and talked me through each step of the process. Of course, any change of color cant happen in one session, but after just my first appointment my hair already looks so much closer to my natural color. Basically, the result was good but I wasn't really comfortable here to be completely honest. I did make an appointment a few years ago (I don't remember who did my hair) and had my hair colored and it was a really risky color change so it wasn't her fault at all, but I ended up going back and getting it fixed and they were really nice about it and the stylist was really friendly as well.

Tanisha is a truly gifted stylist who has a very loyal clientele. And for good reason. Any type of hair and any issues, nothing seems out of her abilities. Samantha, my stylist, has been doing what's best for my hair and my style for that whole time. A good listener and full of good advice, these are the things that make her a good choice. Parking can be a bit tricky from time to time. But there are so many restaurants and shops very close by, it's always good to plan a lunch afterwards. If you are considering a new stylist or salon, and especially if you like all natural products, you should consider coming here.

I also appreciated that you can book online, it's super easy and fast. Everyone was so welcoming, the atmosphere is lively and accepting. Brandon is so much fun to talk to and seriously did a great job with my cut and style. Not to mention the amazing massage he gave when he washed my hair. When other customers came in, most of them were regulars who already had great relationships with each of the stylists, and the loyalty speaks volumes to me.
