Not only did they cater a 100 guest buffet at an outdoor venue at a park in October, but they made food that was not even normally on their menu. We had asked if they could make some specialty Greek food for our wedding (my Wife's family is Greek), and Dave enthusiastically took it on. For weeks after the wedding, our guests kept mentioning how delicious all the food was. Even my wife's side of the family, who know authentic Greek food. We had souvlaki, rice with tomato sauce, potatoes with oregano, "village" Greek salad, and a bunch of other delicious items. Of course we had to include the world famous potato chips w warm gorgonzola gravy (which is on their normal menu). Warning! That gorg gravy is addictive. Brian and his crew are a S.T.E.M. based experience fully equipped with all ends of the spectrum of science, technology, engineering and math. They create engaging activities for students, children and scouts and recently touched down in this great open space conveniently located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Now equipped with a play ground of possibilities, they have expanded to host birthday parties, camp sessions and soon drop-in sessions. Coding basics in elementary level to intermediate and advanced robotics can be found in the "bot" area. There is a wonderful "maker space" where the tykes can just create and imagine up everything from, stick figures to rocket ships. Lego is a great way to promote engineering and they sure are fun.
