    they SUCK! Absolutely the worst. Was lied to from the get go. Sold me on a Pad I was told was free. Not! GD Rip OFF!

Justin's system wasn't working, and he told me I could visit any Verizon store to complete my iPhone 13 trade-in. I followed his instructions and went to the Parkside location, where I was initially greeted kindly by a representative named Anthony. However, during our conversation, another employee named Chris rudely interrupted and asked what I was there for. When I explained, he immediately told me he couldn't help because I worked through a third-party, and that I'd need to go elsewhere. I later called two other Verizon locations and spoke to two different representatives -- both confirmed that any Verizon store should be able to process a trade-in, regardless of third-party involvement. This interaction was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. What should have been a simple 5-minute trade-in turned into a frustrating 2-hour ordeal. Thankfully, I eventually spoke with Savannah at the 8700 Fourth St N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 location, who provided outstanding service. She went above and beyond by calling both Countryside Mall and the Parkside store on my behalf. While she tried to resolve the issue professionally, Chris continued to make excuses and showed no accountability for his behavior. Chris was unapologetic and indifferent to the inconvenience he caused. I can only hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously and ensures that representatives like Savannah are recognized for their excellence -- and that others receive proper training in customer service and professionalism.

At first it was a very pleasant experience. As of recently it has turned into a nightmare. When i originally signed up with Brenden (will include screenshots of the texts exchanged) my bill was due to be $152 before taxes with autopay. Currently i looked at my bill it has been $211 per month since march of 2024. Brenden has agreed that i was signed up for autopay through texts. I was also supposed to have 11 months of no phone bill due to credits applied from switching carriers. Currently it is January and apparently i owe 3 months of phone bills. In November i went on an international trip and brenden agreed i would switch my plan and only pay a difference of $10. Unfortunately he did not do that and i have accumulated a $500 phone bill due. As of today i just paid a $280 phone bill to get my devices turned on as it was turned off without my knowledge. I lost over $3000 in wages today because i was unable to make phone calls or use my device. Once again i have texts showing all of this was completed and unfortunately i was lied to. I came to the us19 store today where Brenden works at and he advised me to switch carriers as there is nothing he can do. Brenden claimed it was scotts fault as he was supposed to turn on international. Brenden also claims that the autopay is not his fault either as he turned it on but it turned off by itself. I did the calculations and rhe difference in my account versus the credits i had and the mistakes made is $924.46. I am very disappointed in brenden and verizon for not honoring what was agreed upon. I also asked Brenden for an upper management such as district manager or regional manager and he said he does not know who is in charge he only knows marcus. I contacted marcus today and he has not contacted me back since. I reached out to Stephanie as well who is supposedly the district manager not sure of her position. I would 100% need resolution on this.

    Dear T-Mobile Customer Relations,…read more I visited your 4th St. North location in St. Petersburg today to have my screen protector replaced, a simple visit that unfortunately turned into a poor customer experience. When I walked in, the associate, Damien, asked if I needed help. I jokingly responded, "No, I just came to hang out with the people at T-Mobile!" He immediately turned around and said, "I can see where this is going," and told me he didn't have to help me. That level of attitude and unprofessionalism was completely unnecessary. It ultimately took the manager, Spiro, to come over and assist me with something as basic as changing a screen protector on my iPhone. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this store. Last year, the service was so bad I switched to Verizon altogether. The only reason I came back is because Verizon's coverage wasn't strong at my home not because the customer service improved. T-Mobile's network is excellent, but the customer service at this location doesn't reflect the brand. Customers have choices, and interactions like this one make it harder to stay loyal.

They gave her an incredible senior deal which was very affordable and a free phone that came with the plan. Mr George. O, was extremely patient with her.     SNEAKY CASHIER!! I went in to trade in my phone and when…read morebuying the new phone, the cashier snuck a charger from under his counter, added it to the "cart", pushed the card scanner in front of my mother and I, and I questioned him about it. We weren't here for to buy any accessories, chargers, etc. The cashier had added it to the "cart" and my mother ended up paying for something we didn't ask for. The cashier said we would need it, but we didn't want it or ask for it. Next, the other consultant takes my mother over to look at phone cases. We made it clear that we had other cases we wanted to buy at Target, but the consultant wouldn't stop pulling my mother away to sell her a some clear case. In addition to all of this mess, this was our first time ever going to a T-Mobile store. We had always done phone transactions in Sprint or Beat Buy stores. So, when we were done with all our transactions, the cashier ended up adding a "Service Support" charge for $30. This is an up charge for "getting help/assistance" from a consultant. We were also never informed of this up charge prior to this all, either. I hope this helps with steering people away from this location. Those employees are shady and far from honest people.
