I am absolutely disappointed with this office. Although they were professional with dealing with me, I feel the need for the public to know that you have to make sure you are aware that if you agree to do a CBCT scan which was part of the many pages of paperwork they make you sign, you will be liable for the $200+ for this service. I will not be going back to this office. I was referred by Dr Catalano's husband and Im really disappointed when health professionals try and swindle you for unnecessary services. Learned my lesson! All the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. What brought me here were the good reviews and the convenience of being close to my office. After not going to the dentist for 3 years (my own fault) I had a cavity that was really bad and she suggested that I see a specialist to see if I needed a possible root canal. She said I definitely needed a crown because the tooth has so much old filling in it that she needed to remove most of it to get to the cavity. After I saw the speciality he said a root canal wasn't necessary but if I wanted to get it done, it would be preventive at this point. So figured, since I was already in there, why not. Two weeks later Dr. Catelano did my crown and all was good again. Very good experience and cannot say I've had a better experience with a dentist in my life :) read more

Dr. Catalano and staff are absolutely amazing. I was in extreme pain and didn't feel comfortable with the place I had originally gone to. I ended up doing a Facebook post asking my friends for recommendations. 3 different people recommend Innovative Dentistry. I am so thankful that they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. They explained everything to me and got me in with a specialist for a root canal the next morning. The first place I went to wanted me to wait a whole week! 2 weeks after the root canal I went back in to Dr. Catalano for my crown and she did and absolutely amazing job. Let me start off by saying that this is not my usual dentist and I drove my friend here for moral support while she was having a total crisis and dental emergency. She hates going to the dentist so I went with her because so she was so anxious and in tremendous pain. This is her usual dentist and she said she is always happy w/ the cleanings and work she receives here. She DID NOT want to go anywhere else for the emergency situation so It was a blessing they were able to accommodate her w/ such short notice. I was very impressed that they got her in the same day. Dr. Catalano and a few staff stayed way beyond closing time to finish up which meant so much to my stressed out friend. They treated her like she was family and went above and beyond so late in the evening. State of the art...top of the line equipment and the latest technology. I feel that by giving the team here just 5 stars is shorting them by another 95. I can't begin to express how truly fortunate I am to have been referred by my co-worker Simon. After being told by three separate dentists that I needed my tooth pulled and would then need a costly implant Simon told me about the team at Innovative Dentistry. Again.. I am so thankful because not only were they able to save my tooth, but they did so with great care and at prices that didn't include inflated/bogus charges that some other places try to get over on you. Every single employee at Innovative Dentistry is a perfectionist at what they do. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and provide incredible care for you while they are there. Don't waste your time at these other places with big commercials and fancy signage all over town. If you're looking for amazing service done right, with care, compassion, and professionalism then this is the ONLY place to go. They will seriously treat you like one of the family. The staff has been absolutely wonderful the past couple of appointments, and today was a wisdom tooth pull. Best Dentist in Las Vegas and the staff aren't half bad either! J/k about the staff, they're all terrific too! When the phone gets answered it's like calling family members to check on your next visit. They're all excited to see you when you come in, excited to be at work every day, and caring about the treatment that is provided. I absolutely loathe the Dentist's office but coming here is always enjoyable. If you ever have a dental emergency there is always support at Innovative Dentistry....but a better option would be seeing these wonderful ladies for preventative treatment so you don't have that emergency. I'm one of those folks who is terrified of the dentist, however with Dr Catalano and her staff I have no fear as they are all so caring, kind and considerate. Even when Dr went on vacation, the staff called me at home to make sure I was doing ok after my procedure. They have also worked with me financially when certain procedures weren't covered under my insurance. I am new to the area, and needed a dentist. This office is close to where i work, so I walked in to setup an appointment. I had a filing that didn't feel right Dr Catalano took some time out of her busy schedule to check it out. Found out it was nothing critical, so showed up for the appointment a few days later to have the filing corrected. They did some preventative checks before doing the procedure and found something that was a lot more important than a old bad filing. Be very careful going to this office. Since Covid 19 started Dr. Catalano is charging patients a $40 screening fee. This charge is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility. The fee is to take your temperature and ask you the standard covid questions: have you had any of the following symptoms. I wanted to speak to the doctor about this practice and she wouldn't call me back. My family has found a new dentist that does not practice passing on extra expenses to the patient. read more

Bought a groupon for Innovative Dentistry couple weeks ago. I scheduled my appointment for 1/20/2015 for 8am - unfortunately something came up and had to change it to following week 1/27/2015. No problem, receptionist told me same time? Absolutely. Come the day of my appointment (this morning), I arrive exactly at 8am, first thing she says "Who are you?" .....have you never heard of professional customer service?! At first, she claims I'm not on the schedule at all. And then the receptionist proceeds to tell me that I'm not on schedule for 8am but 11am. SERIOUSLY!? She JUST made a confirmation call the day before saying 8AM. I had it written down for 8am! The week before AND the day of. And then the next thing that comes out of her mouth: "I don't know how you got 8am, but I have you down for 11am. I can get your cleaning done now but you'll still have to wait til 11am for your Xrays" Um. No. Why should I be made to wait 3-4 hours total for the RECEPTIONIST's mistake?! What a waste of my time. I think the Doctor would have more success in employing a monkey than HER. Idiot. Next thing - zero apology from her while her fellow coworker is standing there gawking at me saying nothing. Sorry not sorry but clearly this business is NOT about making clients happy. A note to Dr. Angela Catalano - your staff is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, tried to pass off mistakes THEY made on me, I will make sure to let everybody know to not come here. Left a bad taste in my mouth, HORRIBLE first impression and I NEVER write yelp reviews. I won't even be bothered to reschedule. If that's the kind of staff you employ, that says nothing good about yourself as they're the face of your practice. This place is so impressive from the moment you walk in the door. The professionalism never stopped. They have all the new up to date equipment, hence the name innovative. Everyone was very knowledgeable on every aspect from beginning to end. I have lived in this town my entire life and you will not find a doctor that is more caring and personable than Dr Angela Catalano. I had some pain that wouldn't quit, it was a Saturday and they came in to make sure they got me out of pain now I am scheduled to come back and finish the treatment. The hygienist all I can say is wow she is certainly the best I have ever had clean my teeth...again you can tell she cares, they all do.
