I have been a loyal client of True Dentistry since 2010, and it's disheartening to say that my experience has drastically declined over the years. I had always trusted them with my dental care, but recently, it seems like the quality of service has dropped significantly. During my last few cleanings, it felt like little to no care was taken with my teeth, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied. I even visited a new dentist who was shocked to learn I had just had a cleaning done at True Dentistry. My most concerning experience involved a blonde dentist lady--whose name I unfortunately forgot--who treated me earlier this year. After a tooth broke, she repaired it but failed to communicate any concerns. For nearly a year, I felt something was wrong, but each time I returned, I was told everything looked great. Finally, I insisted on further investigation, and it turned out I had an infection that she had never mentioned before. To leave a patient unaware of an infection is not just negligent; it's outright dangerous. It's unfathomable to me that a dental professional would allow a patient to leave with an untreated infection. Now, I'm facing additional health issues related to that tooth and have had to seek out another dentist to correct the mistakes made by this office. I believe that professionals who compromise patient health should be held accountable. I cannot recommend True Dentistry , as I fear for the safety of others who may trust them with their dental care. read more

Do not go here for a crown. Went to get a crown in 2019 and bought a warranty that covers my crown for any issues. This crown came off several times. 3 times in 5 years. The work is not good. Came off again and now have to go see someone else because they won't fix it. Find another dentist. read more

This dentist office has been a big disappointment! My daughters and I have had work done here and are now having to have it redone because it was not done correctly. We reached out to True Dentistry and were told we would have to pay again to have it repaired. We are talking crowns and bridges which are not cheap! We requested a meeting with Dr Willardsen to discuss the problems and what our new dentist stated what was done wrong causing the pain, however, the front office refused us a meeting. I am hoping Dr Willardsen will meet with us, without having to go to court, as it is going to cost us thousands of dollars to have the work redone. I will keep you updated. read more

My mother has been going to True Dentistry for over 30 years...my sister has been going there for over 15 years. When I moved to Vegas I need to get a teeth cleaning & checkout the implant situation. I have been seeing Dr. Waltrip. OMGosh! I have so much to say about this DR. WALTRIP & DR. WILLARDSON, but I'm in an unfortunate situation. Dr. Waltrip has to put in my last implant, but she, & the office manager Karen, & Dr.Willardson have been pawning off to an outside referral. They screwed up my teeth & now there's even MORE E problems going on. Dr. Willardson was going to meet w/my mother & me, but he skipped out, "an emergency", ya right! I've been calling & complaining/crying from the pain...I have PHOTOS of the mess that was made by Dr.Waltrip. Why won't Dr. Willardson MAN UP & take responsibility for the people who work for him??!!! BTW-I'm sure they love finding "problems, that I never felt before, b/c I PAY CASH!!! I have NO dental insurance insurance. I've been treated like GARBAGE there! They seem to be scam artists. I would NEVER GO THERE$ I thought that I had an "in" b/c of my family going there for well over 30 years, but they've just taken advantage of me. PLEASE, DO NOT GO THERE & HIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! CROOKS! Oh, btw, I showed them photos of the tooth that Dr. Waltrip worked on, & I still don't know why, but I complained from the start-2-present day...it bleeds profusely, so they sold me "their toothpaste" Paradontix for $20...as if it was a toothpaste you could only buy at dentist's offices, but I found it at Albertson's for $6.99...,!!!! I would give no star if possible. The Office manager called me today about my change to my review yesterday. She does not care about patients and if they are comfortable. If she is ok with something then you have no choice but to be comfortable with it, otherwise she will not except you as a patient. She actually told me that she was sorry for me that I have to live with my husband because of how he feels and hung up on me. She was not interested in my opinion or that my husband has high blood pressure and that my husband was uncomfortable with the assistant that they had working on him. That did not matter. I will be changing my dentist to someone who cares about their patients and puts their concerns first. I am changing my review because of what happened to my husband today. He was uncomfortable with his appointment today and cancelled it and reset it up later. The office manager called him later and asked why he was uncomfortable and after giving his answer the office manager did not agree with his opinion and cancelled his appointment and will not see him again. Although his problem would not be a problem with me I respect how he feels and do not expect him to do something that makes him uncomfortable. It is very disappointing that True Dentistry expects their costumers to do just that or they cannot be their costumers. So sad. read more

I love it here. It's ridiculously expensive but the dentists here are amazing. I have super challenging teeth so it's essential for me to only work with great dentists. Extremely happy with my implant although mine did take almost 9 months for good reasons. I am just glad Dr Brown is super cautious with my teeth and skilled. Btw, I did interview like a dozen dental offices in Las Vegas before I made my decision. True is really one of the top dentistry in LV. It's clear that they're knowledgeable, on site porcelain artists are talented, and the entire procedure is clean and efficient. At first my teeth were so alien to me that I felt unsure. I went to them for many years. The last visit was the last. I go for a cleaning every six months. This time I had to have an antibiotic due to some surgery. She supposedly checked the ingredients to make sure they were ok. As I am allergic to a lot of these. I took the pill. The next two weeks I had the worst breakout I have ever had of eczema. Very important, so you can be confident everything and everywhere else in here is clean and sanitized as well. 3. No weekend but they do have late business hour (open till 6pm for cleaning). 4. Honest, they keep you in the loop in regards to your result, give you options and let you decide what to do. I had semi-annual cleaning with them this time and very satisfied with their work. I have to say that I went to this dentist for a few years. Their hygenist, front desk and office staff are very nice. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of their dentists. Went back for my second time to get some evaluations and was greeted by Kayla. Really professional. My assistant was Amber and she was very caring and asked a lot of questions about my situation and pain. She was kind and courteous and took her time to explain the process with X-rays and waiting for the doctor. Dr. Browne was extremely thorough with looking at my X-rays , looking at my teeth and the problems I was having. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my current situation and explained what future work I might need if I don't keep up to date with cleanings. Again, just another prefect visit with the same prefect staff and company! I honestly couldn't trust dentists before but after my dealing with this company I can say I'm not worried at all. Worse dentist I came here was told everything I wanted to hear and was left with my teeth screwed up after paying around 6 grand after all they do is just try to book you for more appointments even when they know u left crying!
