Aloha. About a month ago, I called right when they opened because of really bad toothache. They were able to get me in later that day. Mind you I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years and I was very aware of the severity of my dental problems. Financial issues kept me from going back to the dentist for years. At first I was embarrassed by my teeth but Dr. Masons team never made me feel ashamed. They welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mason himself was also very kind and also very informative. He really takes the time to explain and answer any questions you have. I ended up having to have a root canal which he did that day. I now have a dental plan and he is working with me to get my teeth healthy again. They offer different payment plans and a few different options for loans. Brenda and Bryanna at the front desk are very professional and are always smiling. I don't remember all the dental assistants but they have all been very professional as well. read more

Everything was magical from start to finish. Let's start with the wait. I've never enjoyed doctor visits or even chiropractor visits, because so many of them are inefficient and greedy, stacking more clients than they can handle. Not Dr. Mason, as you can clearly tell spacing out their clients is a priority so as to not have people wait. People: every member of Supreme dental were compassionate and calm so much that you it comforts you as you patiently wait for fillings to dry, etc. Service: I can't say enough about the quality of care of this place because this is one of those visits where I didn't get bloodied from a clean job nor did I feel the irritable pain from a bloody job, and that's rarely ever the case! This place is hands down the place everyone should take their kids! I got two teeth pulled out at this office today. They had my exam and both extractions done in one hour. Nothing felt rushed and I felt listened too and taken care. I also really appreciate that they didn't try to push me to get a root canal. I had virtually no wait time, and was seen right on time with my scheduled appointment. I don't appreciate how I was treated here by front office staff financial receptionist. I'm someone with disability. I was only trying to make sure services and pricing was correct because It kept getting changed. I was then met with aggressive and discriminatory behavior talking over me etc when getting clarification after speaking with my Insurance.then I was told I'm being referred out to a different office because of It. This Is by far the worst experience I've had with a dental office. Response to owner I'm sorry but I have to disagree. I highly recommend coming here! I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Took a lot of work but they didn't give up and was able to successfully remove my tooth in whole and relieved me of my misery. I can tell they really care about the patients here. Dr. Mason is awesome! Front desk is awesome. Facility is clean and smells nice and they always have good music playing! He fixed the issues I had in my mouth and was always patient with me when I was nervous. He listened to everything I explained that was going on with my mouth and truly cared to make me feel comfortable. My insurance doesn't cover much of anything and they were extremely transparent of the costs of fillings with no coverage with a quote that is good for like 30 days, and that's exactly what I paid. No haggling, no upselling, no weird charges that weren't on my quote...and that is much appreciated as a dental client with very little dental benefits. This is the new spot for me. Update to respond to the doctor My insurance informed me that they're not yet even made a termination after receiving the proper documents from . The codes I gave them that you said I had to pay for covered , and the services are 100% covered and they informed me that your lab fees are just fees that you guys charge beyond insurance, which is why they accepted my grievance filed against your company. DO NOT USE THEM WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH YOU INSURANCE WHAT IS COVERED . THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU !! They never sent the photos to the insurance so half my claim got denied , they finally sent the photos to the insurance then told me I was denied for some of the work before my insurance even processed the claim again with the new photos . They then told me the insurance wouldn't cover $500 of my work .... And I needed a deep filling , which was a filling my insurance never heard of. They told me I'd owe $750 over that the insurance would cover , but when I called insurance they said they would cover it 100%. They also told my wife that they don't cover procedures that I verified they did . So all together they wanted an extra 1250 for work that was being covered by insurance. Dr mason is great but after 2 years of going here the front desk is now terrible. They didn't even do a standard insurance verification before my appointment so they couldn't see me. However they didn't call before I came in so I wasted half a day. Then they tried to blame me for not telling them about the insurance change. My first visit today was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment expediently and was able to get a filling repaired same day. I was seen by Dr Olivia, a petite proficient dentist, assisted by Victor. It was rewarding to see/feel them work together. The outside of the building is rather non descript with no writing on the doors, just their very large sign overhead. The windows are either scratched or very dirty from the recent rains and I wasn't sure if they were open. But the inside is full of very modern equipment and friendly staff that made my treatment kind of fun. Costs without insurance are reasonable. I was not pushed for additional treatments or up charges. I am pleased to have a new dental practice. read more

I used to love this dental office and had a great experience with my dentist, which makes writing this review disappointing. Unfortunately, the front desk staff especially the "office manager" Mariah--completely changed my view. I believe the front desk and management set the tone for any professional office, and Mariah's attitude and rude behavior were completely unacceptable. As I was calmly asking questions over the phone, she responded with a smart mouth and dismissive tone. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely undermines the quality care I once received here. Mariah needs to be coached on how to speak to patients with respect. Someone in a supervisory role should address her behavior, because no patient should have to tolerate rudeness from the very people who are supposed to represent the office with courtesy and professionalism. Until there's improvement in how patients are treated at the front desk, I will no longer be returning and I won't be recommending this office to anyone else. read more

Found this place on Google Reviews and was thoroughly impressed by the booking system. I was having TMJ pain and truly grinding at night and even subconsciously throughout the day. I asked very politely if I can use my old x-rays and I was the one sending over to your office the x-rays, not my old dental office. Let's clear all the facts here. And I did have the x-rays on hand after completing the new patients forms at 4:15, and after the receptionist told me I could send them over, I sent it to you at 4:22. If my appointment at 4:00pm and by 4:22pm Dr. Mason should see another patient, I don't get your logic. You can check your email box for timestamps. 2. Dr. Nguyen sees me at 4:50pm as indicated on my first review, after waiting at the waiting room. I saw Dr. Mason was taking care of another patient and I accepted out of politeness, but after reading your reply you used my politeness to blame me. What a shame. 3. I stand my points in my inital review: Dr. Nguyen was not thorough at all. 4. You even read my other reviews meaning you figured I rarely gave 1-2 stars reviews, so this explains your attitude towards leaving patients, not even trying to gain them back. Furthermore, at my new dental office I don't need deep cleaning, and at that office they contacted my old dental office and agreed on that as well. This contradicts your reply here as you can see.
