It's taken me a long time to decide to write this review. I was a long time patient of Bella Smiles, seeing Dr Casey primarily. 2-3 years ago, he said I needed a new crown on my lower back tooth. I am/was a long time Invisalign wearer and was very satisfied with my alignment. Dr Casey had some difficulty putting on the crown to fit, and it felt very tight when I left the office. We were leaving on a 4 month RV trip the following day. The pressure on my lower teeth was uncomfortable and I was unable to wear my lower retainer, but did wear the upper one. When I returned to Las Vegas I called to the office,but Dr Casey was no longer with the group. Unfortunately, the bottom teeth had moved and were no longer in alignment due to the misfit of the back crown. I made an appointment to go in and speak with a dentist there and saw an older gentleman who basically said "tough luck" and that I should have gotten new Invisalign. Dr Casey did not mention re-evaluating my Invisalign when he was trying to put that crown on, rather, told me to use my bottom retainer when the "pressure" went away. I feel I received very poor dental care from Dr Casey in his attempt to seat the crown, and a very flippant response when I went to the office to find a solution to my dilemma. Granted I was away for a period, but having already spent over $4000 on Invisalign (not with them), I certainly didn't expect that this crown would cause such restructuring of my teeth, or the lack of concern by the practice involved. read more

They took care of it quickly and turned me on a doctor Levin,, who is hooking me up at the permanent tooth. The staff was great. I was a patient of this practice for approximately 10 years and was undergoing Invisalign treatment when the office became unexpectedly unavailable. Beginning in August, multiple appointments were cancelled or rescheduled while I was in the refinement stage of treatment. While I understand that scheduling changes happen, the repeated disruptions made continuity difficult during active orthodontic care. After a rescan for refinements, I waited approximately five weeks for new trays and was instructed to continue wearing the same aligner due to "shipping delays." I ultimately wore that tray long enough for it to develop a hole from extended use. The practice website later stated the office was "temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances," and I received communications indicating the office was closed. During that time, I was unable to reach the office by phone. Given that I was mid-treatment and needed reliable follow-up, I transferred my Invisalign case to another provider. The day before a previously scheduled appointment, I received a call from a different number (displayed under a different business name) asking if I was still coming in. This was confusing given the prior closure notices and inability to contact the office. Orthodontic treatment requires consistent access, timely follow-up, and clear communication. Unfortunately, the instability and lack of continuity ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. read more

I had such a great experience with Dr. Chawla and his lead RDA, Raji McGraw that I had to share. I went in to have my permanent crown placed, and during the visit I mentioned a small bump on my gum that I was a little concerned about.
