Of couse the new diagnosis added several hundreds to the bill. Mare initially claimed that they have special machinary that can diagnose electrical issues. I thought they were sincere because I would get updates from Mare. They are definetly not customer friendly; only on the phone to get the business. I don't expect folk to work for free but I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of either. I won't go back and definetly would not recommend to an enemy. If you happen not to believe me --wait on your vehicle which they discourage-- just do not leave it overnight. And definetly read the fine print on the estimates. I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went to Chris for a labor only brake job for rear…read morebrakes & rotors (I bought my own parts prior). I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

I've used this location on at least two times in the past, one was for tires and each time was a good experience. I was in the Northlake Area today and even though I did not have an appointment, I decided to stop in and see about the oil change. They said they could take me but because I did not have an appointment, there would be a wait. No problem because I was at their mercy and besides, I was not going anywhere anyway. 30 minutes later, my Audi went into one of the bays and 15 minutes later, it was time to check out and pay. Great Service and very reasonable prices. Will keep this place in mind if I need quick turnaround in the future.

There was only 1 person sitting in the waiting area with me when I got here so I don't know why they scheduled me for this time if they were not ready to service me.I only came here for a set of new tires. People that dropped their cars off before me have come and gone. I'm going to start looking at Mavis or some other chains that will offer faster service, good customer service, reasonable pricing and someone that values customer's time. It cost me $700 to have it repaired. Not only that but they charged me $1,200 for fluids for my 92,000 mile checkup when I didn't have 92,000 miles on the car. $1,200 for fluids? I want my $700. Poor customer service even from the regional manager. Rude and didn't call me back when he said he would.
