Two days ago, the oil change light came on the dashboard of my Audi. Called the station who normally services my Audi they did not have an available appointment for two weeks.+ Right now is a slow time and I have time to take care of things like this. I've used this location on at least two times in the past, one was for tires and each time was a good experience. I was in the Northlake Area today and even though I did not have an appointment, I decided to stop in and see about the oil change. They said they could take me but because I did not have an appointment, there would be a wait. No problem because I was at their mercy and besides, I was not going anywhere anyway. 30 minutes later, my Audi went into one of the bays and 15 minutes later, it was time to check out and pay. Great Service and very reasonable prices. Will keep this place in mind if I need quick turnaround in the future.

I made a 10:00 am appointment for tire installation, I arrived early, completed check in before 10:00 am. My car wasn't touched until 10:50. I absolutely love businesses that value my time and respect their appointment schedule.

Had my car taken in to get the tires changed. They did a pre-inspection before doing the work to make sure there was no damage on my vehicle, they found none. I get my car back and my bumpers cracked. They don't want to take responsibility. Blake the store manager was not very helpful and denied everything when clearly it happened at his store.

I have a 2005 BMW x5, that I had towed to Bravo 4 Autowerks, due to it not cranking. They kept my vehicle for about 6 weeks and said I needed a new engine costing $9000 to $11000. Of course I said no and had my vehicle elsewhere, come to find out it was an crank shaft sensor, intake cam shaft sensor, and a exhaust cam shaft sensor costing $40 total in parts from amazon (after market brand). I am very disappointed in their handling of my whole situation!

Mark is a liar and will not communicate with you. Instead, Bravo4 kept my car for nearly 12 weeks without providing adequate updates on what they were doing or when it would be finished. I would call, and Marie, the desk assistant, would tell me she did not have any answers. Mark, the technician, was never there. He would be on vacation. My car sat there. I did not have access to what was going on regarding whether any repairs were done. April went into May. I would even go to the shop and appear in person to ask about the status of my car repairs, only to be told that they did not know and that Mark was not there. I made two or three appearances and called weekly about my car over the next eight weeks. April to May, May to June, BRAVO 4 had my car supposedly doing repairs totaling what I agreed to, $2,300. At the end of June, I told them I wanted my car back, repaired as agreed. When I got my car back, my stereo was no longer working, and the ceiling interior was falling out on my head because he left it out in the scorching sun over July 4, windows up tight. They closed the store after I called to say I was picking up my car, and I had to wait until Monday, July 6, 2026. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.

Steve also gave us a tour of the new facility while we were there. We asked about the Panamera 4 that they had on the lot. He brought the car around so that we could look at it. Although we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, we were interested in learning more about the Panamera model. We currently owned a 2023 Taycan in Cherry Red Metallic. After a discussion and a test drive, we found the Panamera 4 to be a strong contender and decided to consider a potential trade-in, given recent trends in the EV market and concerns about future depreciation. The sales manager presented an initial trade-in offer of $50,000 for our Taycan, which had 10,631 miles, no interior or exterior damage, two new rear tires, and the Premium Package (valued at approximately $7,500). The offer was later increased to $52,000. While we expected some depreciation, the proposed value was lower than anticipated. We were informed that, due to their costs and market conditions, the vehicle would likely be listed between $62,000 and $65,000 for resale after their CPO cost. The sales manager met with us to see if a deal could be finalized, but we opted to return home to consider the offer further. After additional discussion, we informed Steve via text that we were prepared to move forward with the trade. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 7th. Before signing, my husband mentioned that reviewing the window sticker, did not identify the vehicle as a Panamera 4 (all-wheel drive) so we questioned the listing. Steve verified this detail and confirmed that the window sticker was accurate, that it was not an all-wheel drive as they advertised. When we inquired about a price adjustment due to this discrepancy, we were told the price would remain unchanged. We asked whether all-weather mats (valued at approximately $200) could be included with the purchase; instead, we were offered a $100 gift card toward the mats. We had purchased our last three cars with Hendrick Porsche and the all-weather mats were included without issue, along with other gifts. Our experience with Northlake Porsche did not meet our expectations. The vehicle we purchased was missing some of the options we believed were included, and the front bumper and hood had poorly executed paint touch-ups, which we plan to have professionally repainted. Additionally, we were initially informed that our trade-in vehicle, the Taycan, would be resold for $62,000-$65,000. However, it is currently advertised on their website for $75,896, which is significantly higher than what we were told. We felt that the offer we received for our car was below its expected market value. We have decided not to pursue future purchases with Northlake Porsche. Moving forward, we plan to service our vehicle with Hendrick Porsche, where we have consistently experienced a higher level of customer service and honesty. We now questioning the integrity of Northlake Porsche.

He says, "Sir, pull in to this bay and I agree with you that faith does move mountains." He read the license tag on the front of my truck, but it was just good to know that I was receiving service from someone that cared to connect with the customer. Customer service is often hard to find these days. I felt as if someone cared that much to connect with me then surely they would also connect with my vehicle. I was also out of there in no time and they applied a veteran's discount. Really appreciated the service.

READ YOUR RECEIPT I…read morereally hate writing bad reviews. However, given my experiences with this store, I'll make an exception. This is the last time I will go to a quick-lube place! I visited this store twice to get an oil change on my previous car. So I decided to return to get an oil change for my new car. My worst mistake. To be clear, my car was not leaking oil until I brought it here. I stay up to date with all my car repairs. I brought my car in for an oil change on May 30th. A few days later I noticed an oil spill in my driveway. So I took it in on June 2nd to get it looked at. I was told, "It was our fault, we did not clean up everything, and I had a small valve cover gasket leak." I thought okay, let me go ahead and get that fixed. After driving 5 hours to another state, I once again noticed an oil leak under my car. I took it to another location on June 9th, who immediately called this location to figure out what had happened. The technician there told me the filter was installed improperly. I then drove home and still noticed my car was leaking. Tired of the back and forth, I took it to the dealership. They informed me that I needed a new oil filter housing due to the damage caused by the initial filter being improperly installed. Of course, I needed to be reimbursed, so I created a claim with customer care on June 10 for reimbursement for a driveway cleaning and the dealership bill. It's been almost two months and no one has reached out to me regarding the claim. I've spoken to countless customer care reps and upper management has not reached out. Except for the assistant store manager who said he would give me a callback. He did not. Management says they call but I have no voicemail or anything. They didn't call. They tell you anything to get you off the phone. Regarding the repair they only mentioned what was on the receipt, about all repairs having to go through Valvoline, meaning they couldn't care less. I even spoke to the store manager, who said the same thing. Honestly, who has the time to go back and forth, especially after I took my car there again to get it looked at a second time. Why would I take it there again, for you to tell me you fixed it and it will not be fixed? Please if you want to save money, a $30 oil change is not worth spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket later. Do yourself a favor and visit another location. Management is friendly until you have a problem. Don't be fooled by their friendly staff. They don't care about your car or your wallet. Do your research and find another location that will provide you with the care you deserve. I learned my lesson.
