I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. I knew the brand of tire I wanted so I told them to make sure it was in stock and ready to be put on my car. I scheduled the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait long and so they would be prepared, but I've been here three hours and I'm still waiting. My car is up in the air in the bay. There was only 1 person sitting in the waiting area with me when I got here so I don't know why they scheduled me for this time if they were not ready to service me.I only came here for a set of new tires. People that dropped their cars off before me have come and gone. I'm going to start looking at Mavis or some other chains that will offer faster service, good customer service, reasonable pricing and someone that values customer's time. My time is important to me and this happens every time I come which is not often. I am not happy this afternoon. I got off early to get this done and over 3 hours is a long time to wait on a set of tires!

It cost me $700 to have it repaired. Not only that but they charged me $1,200 for fluids for my 92,000 mile checkup when I didn't have 92,000 miles on the car. $1,200 for fluids? I want my $700.
