Both of my daughters had him as their instructor, and both passed their drivers test the first time. Yes, he does take the time to talk to them and explain to them, not driving 100% of the time. But that is absolutely necessary. He quizzes them on questions they may be asked, is sure that they know where essential parts of their car are located, and provides Youtube videos that they can watch on their own time. With our first daughter, we went along for one of the lessons, and learned a lot ourselves. My younger daughter, who is very judgemental, says that she really learned a lot from Chuck, and has no problem commenting on and criticizing driving habits that I have picked up over time when I am driving. Usually prefaced by "Chuck said that you should...." He has his own hybrid car but did the lessons with my 19 year old daughter in the car that she was going to be driving for her drivers test and thereafter (which was our choice). If possible, he will take your child on an anticipated route that they will have for their drivers test to give them an idea of what they might expect. Please consider Accredited Driving School for your child's driver education.

This school is a joke! My husband has had to repeat two semesters of classes. He is doing online…read moreand they require a few Saturday in-person classes. During one semester, he missed one Saturday because we were in the HOSPITAL HAVING A BABY! Missing a Saturday counts as 3 absences. He already had 1 absence and having 4, withdrawals you from the class and you have to retake the semester. He met with the school and they didn't care that he missed the Saturday because we were having a baby. Like what??? Are these people robots and have no empathy or understanding? The second time that he was withdrawn from class and is being made to retake the semester is because we had a vacation planned with our family. The plane tickets and cruise tickets were purchased a year ago and of course, one of the Saturday in person classes were during our cruise. He missed one zoom meeting so with that being 4 absences, he was removed. He was emailed with a date to do a Saturday make up and he went! But apparently that doesn't remove the absences and you still get kicked out. He met with the school and even presented a receipt of when the vacation was purchased and the fact that he made up the Saturday and they basically said "oh well, we don't care that you have a life." These people don't care about you. You cannot have a life. If you go here, get ready for lots of confusion, misinformation, chaos, unorganization and the rudest people to deal with.

Second lesson was canceled 15 minutes before it started on coastlines end. While I understand things happen, I felt completely abandoned by the fact that all they could do was schedule me 3 & 4 weeks later which is 1 week before my drivers test appointment and I still have not even been on a freeway.
