In my experience with PT providers - they get a bit lazy on the exercises routines after 10-12…read morevisits. You might start with a good PT then they hand you off to a rookie and the routine becomes repetitive which is little value added as most things can be repeated at home. If you lucky enough to get a new senior person they will add challenging exercises but that is more the exception than the norm. At first I was very impressed but as time went by it was the same thing over and over. Challenging is important to getting better.

It was difficult for me to pick a rating, honestly I was teetering between a 1 and 2 star…read more Obviously by other reviews my experience seems to be the exception but did want to provide the feedback. I had started at ATI after I needed physical therapy for a severe pain in the side of my leg. I teach at a fitness studio so this was inhibiting my work and I was heading out of the country and wanted to get some sort of improvement prior to leaving. I went in and saw 3 different therapist, who were mostly very nice (I saw one female therapist who was inattentive and not as friendly). Unfortunately more times than not my visits caused more pain in my leg (even though I would express things they were having me do was causing further harm they still wanted me to do activities that would flare up the area vs. allowing time for it to heal). Further more I came home to an almost $500 bill. Ouch. Pros: The therapists were mostly nice Cons: Expensive Will have you do exercises that cause more harm Very pushy to fit in as many times as possible though the time was harmful (seemed to want the money from from my visits vs caring about whether is was efficacious) I have since found better therapists that almost instantly diagnosed and treated me in such a way that gave me relief and is allowing to return to normal.

This company is the worst!!…read more I was looking to book a massage for my dad who had a health event. Be warned...the follow up is relentless. I'm talking calls and texts daily. I finally got around to finishing booking the appointment and received the attached follow up messages. The last one told me to put my card info in to book the appointment. So I did. THEN I got ANOTHER follow up call. I told the attendant that I had already booked. She said she didn't see it in her system and that they don't book via that link. So basically I've been harassed for 2 weeks to book a $49 massage and now you tell me that I've possibly been scammed?!?! I don't want anything to do with them. I'm beyond flustered and totally upset. Let this be a warning so it doesn't happen to you.

Went for my first visit today at this location…read more.. - waited about 5-10 minutes till someone came from the back to the desk to greet me and assist -got brought to the room to start my initial consultation situation. Everyone was very nice! Specially the girl that talks to you about your insurance coverage, she was so fun! - I originally signed up for a lymphatic drainage massage, confirmed this multiple times prior to my visit, was supposedly scheduled with their only person who does this, which was a women. -i am asked about signing up for their "care package" for 10 massages.. i declined because I hadn't had my massage yet to see if the vibes were right and that I liked the place. - greeted by a man (who was very nice) and walked to my massage room. Asked my pain points and where to focus... with confusion I asked, Is this not a lymphatic massage? He said no... that there must of been confusion with the call center... - I still got the massage from him and he was great, regular massage nothing special but this has nothing to do with him. -my issue is that I came in thinking I was getting something, that I tried to confirm multiple times, excited about, did my research on, etc... to not get that... The transparency is not there, the MULTIPLE text from this company from different numbers daily, was exhausting.. I really looked forward to this and was hoping to start a plan because I work right next to it and who wouldnt want a massage on their lunch break... but i declined when my initial experience was not even close to what I thought I was doing for the day. Bait and switch. Maybe they switched it up once I declined on the "care package" before getting the actual massage? Who knows... but what a let down... Again, staff was friendly but whatever is going on at that "call center" needs to get sorted.. Dont waste peoples time.

Review for Director Tim Wrenholt at Vista Physical Therapy (Preston Rd)…read more I arrived at Vista Physical Therapy in late February pretty much broken. In January I had badly overloaded and injured the soft tissues around my ITband. The pain was relentless. I couldn't walk without agony. I couldn't wear heels. I couldn't climb stairs. I couldn't work out or sit cross-legged. Everyday activities that most people take for granted had been stripped away from me. My doctor said rehab was the only way forward. My family said, "Go see Tim". My family already knew Tim. He had treated most of my family including my Son-in-law and my Daughter (the owners of Texas de Brazil restaurants), In our household he is simply "our family physical therapist." So when I needed help, there was never any question where I would go. From February 24 through June 23, Tim was my Physical Therapist. Those four months changed everything. Through his skilled, intense deep-tissue work and the carefully progressive exercise program he designed and held me accountable to, I regained full use of my leg. The pain is gone. I can walk, 'I can 'fly' up the stairs, go to work, sit however I want, and live without the constant limitation that once defined my days. What made the difference was not only Tim's clinical expertise, but the way he showed up. On the days I felt discouraged, he quietly reminded me I would get there. When progress felt invisible, he stayed steady and confident. When I was simply tired of the whole process, he still expected me to get up and do the work--because he knew what I was capable of even when I temporarily forgot. He was consistent, present, and professional with that slight touch of personal every single session. That combination is rare and powerful and that reliability mattered more to me than I can express. Because of the restaurant industry that my family is in, I have come to value the importance of connection and relationship as well as friendship for future business that develops when a Physical Therapist truly understands the person in front of them--not just the injury, but the personal life surrounding it. There aren't enough words to express how deeply grateful I am. Tim helped restore something I thought I might never fully get back. If you or someone you love needs a Physical Therapist who combines genuine expertise with steady encouragement and unwavering consistency, I cannot recommend Director Tim Wrenholt and the team at Vista Physical Therapy on Preston Road highly enough. To you Tim.. My life is truly blessed because of you being in it and having known you. Vista Physical Therapy is very fortunate to have you as a Director and as part of their team." Nancy

When I hurt my shoulder and the Carrol Clinic recommended PT I told them I wasn't going to a place…read morethat reads off of a piece of paper. I wanted somebody knowledgeable about my injury. They recommended Alan Thompson at Vista PT on Preston Rd. I have been to many PT facilities over the years for knee, back and shoulder issues and Vista on Preston Rd is by far the best of all of them. I worked with Alan and he was the most knowledgeable person I've ever worked with. He took the time to explain why I was having shoulder pain, how to help alleviate the pain and how to strengthen my shoulder to prevent it in the future. On my last visit, we discussed what to do if my shoulder pain flairs up and he said to call or email him if I have any issues. I would highly recommend Alan and the staff at Vista PT!
