I have seen almost all of the physical therapists, exercise specialists, and front desk staff members in the one-plus years that I have been in physical therapy here. This is the best physical therapy practice I have ever been with for my needs, and for recovering from surgery or injuries. My primary physical therapists were Claire and Jessica, and they're both outstanding. Additionally, I saw Mike, Bianca, Garrett, and Macie, and they all assisted me in my recovery. Justin, Rachel, Chartise, and a few others assisted with my exercise treatments after I saw my physical therapist each day. The front desk staff couldn't have been any better, from Madeline leading the way to Melina and Rylie and others following with any of my needs, from scheduling to rescheduling to handling insurance concerns and figuring out whether appealing would allow me to, yeah, more physical therapy while recovering from my dual back surgeries. When I first came here for physical therapy, I told them that they had big shoes to fill because I hadn't had success with any other physical therapy practice in Virginia. They certainly went above and beyond to resolve my pain during surgical recoveries, as well as working to avoid surgery in different areas of my body. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to come, and I can honestly say that hands-down! I highly recommend giving them a shot for all your needs.

They do not keep track of how many visits you are at, so expect to have to keep track of that yourself (even though the standard at every other place I've gone is that the office staff do this). They notified me that I was over my limit after I had already gone several visits past my limit and instead of charging me the self-pay rate for the non-covered visits, they are charging me the full rate they send to my insurance company. Note, NOT the lower amount they actually accept my insurance company, but the amount that is about 3 times higher. I would not be at all surprised if they intentionally let patients go over the limit so they can make money back by charging them these outrageous prices they can't get from insurance companies. I switched to a much more organized and professionally run clinic and I only regret that I didn't switch sooner after the office staff messed up 3 appointment times.

Fortunately, we had a room normally used for evaluations so wasn't as congested. Easy parking and right behind the CVS. It's a longer ride but close to my nieces' house (for now) and so I used the drive to drop off some packing boxes. Jessica is a really good therapist specifically recommended by one of the best pain management Doctors so I would go again if that was the lonely appointment time available. The Ashburn center is much more convenient to Ashburn/Sterling folks.

I have worked with several PT's there so far as it's good to rotate as everyone has their own unique technique. I have gotten good results from my injured shoulder that was at first though I might have to have surgery. But now I can sleep without pain and it seems to be getting better. Tomorrow I'm having the dry needling and I'm confident in that experience as they are all very caring and I love visiting with them all during my appointment. Convenient and the staff is great. Because of this, I specifically need therapists who understand that overexertion makes my symptoms worse, not better. Unfortunately, my experience at PT Solutions has been consistently negative. Despite telling the therapists multiple times that I needed a gentler approach, they continued to push me far beyond what my body can safely tolerate. On two separate occasions, the exercises they insisted on left the bottoms of my feet burning and so sore that I couldn't walk normally for an entire day. Every time I explained my situation, the response was a quick "that's fair" or "I understand," but nothing actually changed. My concerns never registered. At my last session, they even had me walk on a treadmill for 8 minutes at 2.2 mph, which caused a thigh tendon spasm afterward. Their attitude seemed to be that I "need to push through and build endurance," completely missing that my condition is neurological, and pushing harder only worsens it. This clinic does not seem equipped to treat patients with complex medical or neurological conditions. The approach felt more like generic workout coaching than personalized therapy. I now understand why their overall rating is only 3.7 stars. I've canceled all remaining appointments. If you have any condition where exertion can trigger symptoms, I would strongly recommend seeking a more knowledgeable and individualized practice.

I left the consultation appointment equipped with knowledge , a game plan, and (most important) hope for an end to my pain. Over the next few months, Ace Physical therapy worked with me to meet the flexibility my schedule demands ( I travel often for work) and to return strength and function all while handling the back end , endless paperwork that is insurance claims so that I didn't have to worry about the treatments being covered ( thanks Kendall at front desk). The therapy has been worth every penny and then some. The whole practice is amazing- from front desk, to individual therapists, to general attitude- a passion focused, no excuses but encouraging atmosphere with lighthearted banter that makes even the most pained patient feel at ease. The most valuable thing I took away from my therapy was priceless- I got my life back and the tools to manage any lingering symptoms. I wanted to write this review because I could not be more thankful for the treatment, expertise and healing I received, but also for other individuals who suffer the same issues.
