I purchased a MSI 16" Vector laptop from Silver Knight PC. After 3 uses within a month problems…read morebegan. Eventually the computer locked up, I moved to Lealand (90 miles away) in the meantime and brought my computer on a Saturday when the store should be open. The website was not updated but a note on the door said they were closed. That was issue #1 with unprofessionalism. My second issue was that Silver Knight sends warrantied laptops back to the factory. Silver Knight cannot perform warrantied services on MSI equipment they sell. The problem was a day 1 issue with a RAM bank. MSI in the process of diagnosing a simple RAM issue wiped my disk clean. Basically, I brought a computer I purchased there for warrantied service and it was returned to me completely useless. I have been going through a laborious process to return the computer to a minimal level of usefulness. I would not purchase MSI computers and I would not recommend them for IT support.
