I like to try a place 3 times before I review. Exec summary is that IT5 has really good beer and food with sub-par service. Nashville Hot Chicken, IT5 burger, Grain bowl, Brussel sprouts and fries are great. Highly recommended. However, Once I sat at a table a 2X at the bar. Service basically just ignored the patrons. Just one example of many. All 3 times I finished my first beer before the food arrived and didn't get asked if I wanted another until I was almost finished with my meal. Would I recommend, maybe. Arrived and was told there was a 45 min waite so we supplied our name and phone number and sat directly in front of the hostess stand fir the waite. After several were seated before us I inquired . Apparently the wrong phone number was in the que. the hostess did not bother to inquire when no one showed up. Why. Was seated and one of us ordered ice tea. The glass was dirty with something floating in it. Our guess was an onion?? Several item on the menu were not available . Avocado, blonde and several beers . Ordered a medium burger which was served raw on the inside. It looked like raw ground beef. This was our first visit at this location and needless to say see no reason to return. Just wasted our whole morning waiting for a table to NEVER open up since they refused to take reservations. Got there 20 mins before they opened waited in pouring rain just to never even get inside. First time here in Perrysburg. Great spot with a wide variety of microbrews. We had the Bavarian pretzel and then their IN5 burger and BLT wrap. Everything was really good. My wife likes the lighter fruity beers and they had something for her all the way to a double IPA. Very good! Grant did a great job with recommendations. read more

The food here was excellent. The beer was outstanding. Our waitress Jamie was very friendly and her recommendations were excellent. My husband had the beef stroganoff and he love it. My wife and I love to go to breweries. We are new to the Toledo area so we decided to start trying a bunch of them out. We've gone to six breweries in the area now and inside the five is hands-down the best. Their beer selection is ever-changing giving you plenty of variety every time you go. Even though their menu is sort of small the food on it is really good. We've been five or six times now and have waited a shorter time then they told us every time for a seat. Great atmosphere and decent craft beer. Food was pretty average at best. Queso dip and chicken salad were decent. The beef stroganoff was embarrassing. This is not a joke, but I've been camping and eaten MRE that tasted better than that. I'll be back during the summer for drinks but never again for food. read more

Atmosphere was nice! celebrating my daughter's birthday her request to come here my first time , I ordered the Bloody Mary on the Sunday brunch menu! The drink came and it was loaded with waffles, fried pickles, hunk of cheese and pepperoni huge olives, for my lunch I ordered chicken and waffles my breaded chicken was a tad bit salty and the waffle is a store bought one, and the fries where ice cold! I told our waitress that is was my daughter's birthday, and they never offered a small cake or cookie what ever for us to celebrate! Maybe they're a little cheap??? read more

Normally love Inside the Five , but just left there shaking my head . Bartender said Hi without looking at me and "tossed " me some menus. Went about doing minor duties , did 2 drink orders on tickets, "tossed " menus to other new patrons , never looked my way . About 10 minutes had passed and I asked if I could order a drink and food . He responded , again without looking at me directly " when I get some time you can . " Not wanting to put him out , I got up and left . That's epic customer service ! Disappointing. Arrived at 5:30 with 6 adults plus two kids. Told 30 min wait. Oh wait, it's trivia night so tables are being blocked for 8pm trivia night, leaving minimal seating but no honest communication about actual seating ability. More than an hour and realize ITF has no idea or plan as to seating this larger party as more tables are placed in reserve for "trivia night". After placing blame on high school hostess and several other excuses rather than owning up to fact that it mishandled a potential $125+ table, our party left for faster Mexican fare. Big supporter of local businesses but will never go here again! read more

Great experience after a long day of driving. The food was all very good, but the mac and cheese and the fries were particularly excellent. The beer selection was big and also all good, but their strawberry cream ale was unreal good. read more
