I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. They have a great food menu, good brews (their cider was delicious), an amazing outdoor area and arcade games. There's something for everyone here! They have sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and salads so a good grill menu. I ordered the Muddy Hen and it was extremely tasty. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavored aioli was dynamite. I can't wait to come back and sit outside.

Nice brewery set up in a recently renovated building. Lots of TVs inside to sit back and relax with your favorite beer and food choi cr. Started off with the Saugatuck Blueberry and Lemonade shandy, very tasty and smooth, if not looking for something heavy this is a great choice. The fresh cut fries are thin but great taste but not to salty. We also got the Pulled Pork nachos which had great tasting pork and sour cream with some bbq drizzle as well, it was the best appetizer we had. The pretzel was solid and the hummus and veggies is what you would expect but felt like an afterthought as the hummus didn't have any taste. The wait staff was engaged and attentive. For a brewery/pub it has a lot to offer with an upbeat atmosphere. I recommend checking them out!

After about a hour of waiting for the food to be brought to the table, it was warm and tasty. Let's hope that the kitchen catches up with the demand. There was only 4 tables besides the 3 of us. 2 tables had 6 people, 2 had 4 people. Only the waitress apologized for the delay but no manager or owner. I'll try it again another day lets hope for their success

    Sweet heat

Honestly, I think some of the 1 star reviews are just people looking to bring this place down and they don't make much sense. Not going to lie, we actually came in because we were curious about all the buzz, haha. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The service was just as impressive; our server Remy was attentive, kind, and made sure we felt completely accommodated. And last but definitely not least, the ambiance was spot on. Everything was immaculately clean and even smelled fresh. We'll absolutely be back!

Pickle pizza with marinara and Carmel cookie dough stout.

The owner is awesome. I showed up prior to opening and the owner welcomed me in anyway. Let me sample a ton of beers and he had a lot of knowledge. I ordered the pickle pizza with marinara for dipping and it did not disappoint it was different but surprisingly delicious. I had a Carmel cookie stout and it was sweet but really drinkable for a stout. It didnt taste strait coffee like most stout. A great place where u pay a little more but u are treated with great hospitality. Voodoo is a nice addition to the nieghborhood.

First pizza came out with extremely burnt crust . This was the second attempt still some burnt crust and very oily.

Not one to typically leave a poor review but didn't have a great experience today. I ordered an IPA from tap 16. It had a strong coffee flavor possibly from the previous beer on that tap. Brendon the bartender was great and got me another beer. We ordered the Voo-dill pickle pizza. It came out with the crust burnt and rock hard. Told the girl who brought us plates we didn't need them and we didn't want the pizza or a replacement due to burnt crust. She talked us in to letting them make us another pizza. The second pizza came out with most of the crust very dark brown with the exception of 2 slices. The second pizza was very oily too. Tried to eat a slice but it wasn't good. The bartender took away the pizza. I saw manager Lee grab the pizza and look at it. She came over and told us there wasn't anything wrong with the pizza. I told her the crust was overcooked and the pizza was over oiled. I was surprised when I got the bill and the pizza was still on it. The bartender said the manager wanted to charge us for it. This will definitely be my last visit to Voodoo Brewing Toledo. I understand mistakes are made and lessons are being learned with new businesses but I don't feel like I should have had to pay for a bad dish. When a business can't comp a $15 bad dish there are other underlying issues imo.

Fabulous Remy and Emily!! Go see them!!

We were here in December, only complaint is I don't think the bathrooms are heated, it was very chilly in there. Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...

Nothing to write home about and nothing to go out of your way to seek out. The atmosphere is fun and super kid friendly. Strike that, it's way-way-way too kid friendly for a weekend brunch and unfortunately, lots of parents have figured that out. If you're cool with kids running all around your table while you're trying to eat poorly cooked food, cool. Me? Not so much... Service was friendly but the joint was severely understaffed.

So this is "Toledo's Barcade?" Really? Well, we can do better. We can do a shitload better…read more First the positives: the food, the beer, the service, and the atmosphere. The food is very good; it's from Bar 145 next door...build-it-yourself burgers, specialty burgers, creative and tasty appetizers, soups, etc...it's all here. There's also a abbreviated, "late-night" version of the menu that still includes pretty good options. The beer selection is excellent, and the self serve, pay-by-the-ounce-taps are a great idea. The service is hit or miss, but it's usually pretty good. Also, Reset now allows kids to come in before 7pm, (and later if they're not too busy). The atmosphere is fun, nostalgic and very "80s oriented." So far, so good, right? WRONG...the main reason to come here, is the retro gaming, and the gaming sucks. It sucks ass. There are relatively few games, and the games that are present are pretty standard stuff. But the real problem is that almost every game is in shitty condition, and, they seem to be getting shittier by the week. They're set on free play? So what. I'd think that the cost of the games is built into the price of the food/alcohol. Besides, if the games are "unplayable," (that's only a slight exaggeration), then they might as well not be there. Rather than walk away from a free game that, frustratingly, malfunctions, I'd prefer to pay a quarter and actually play! In order to be a viable entertainment option (especially for adults who appreciate retro-gaming), Reset really needs to pump a little money into their games. The way it is currently, I don't think there is any reason to come to the arcade side of the operation. Eat at Bar 145, and then go elsewhere.
