For 6 months White Oak Residential Cleaning serviced our home. We were excited to get started and…read morelooked forward to the services they offered. They leave a list of items that will be cleaned in your home each time. From the start there were several areas on the list that weren't cleaned. I reached out after the first clean within the 24 hr window and they sent someone to clean those areas that were missed. We continued on with the company but things were regularly missed getting cleaned (ex. vacuuming stairs, clean a whole room, baseboards and blinds wiped down). Each time they came there were things they did not clean on the list. After 5 months the owner came to clean to see why her employees were missing things. A couple days after she came she reached out and told us that she quoted our house wrong and increased our price and sent a new agreement. We felt since this was the company's mistake there should have been a start date for this new agreement instead of just the next cleaning day. We felt there should have been more time for us to make arrangements for this new price. I told her we would get back with them and in the meantime, when I did get back and say we would more forward with the new agreement, they had already given away our cleaning scheduled spot. I guess management just assumed we were going to cancel. We felt this was very unprofessional and bad business, just to assume a customer was going to cancel, we did not feel valued as customers. If you hire them, ensure they are doing what they say they are going to clean. Customer service could have been better.
