Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. I've used Parker Eco's quarterly service for spider control for years now. When I first moved into…read moremy house I was seeing multiple spiders literally daily; now I see maybe one a month. I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Orkin's "preventative" services are a…read morescam, and the company refuses to take accountability for failures that I was actively paying them to prevent. Before moving in, Orkin inspected my home and claimed everything looked fine--no traps needed. I signed up for their quarterly pest‑control plan, which supposedly covers insects, rats, and mice. A year and a half later, I started hearing footsteps in the attic. Orkin sent a technician who was clearly untrained; she couldn't even get into the attic and only stuck her head through the opening. She admitted she saw tunneling but didn't seem concerned it because "it didn't smell." She put down a trap or two and said to call if I started smelling anything. She looked around the perimeter of my home and said she didn't see anywhere rats could be getting in. The noises continued, and when the trap went off, I called again. My usual technician actually entered the attic and immediately found tunneling and multiple possible entry points. I was told an inspector needed to come out. Despite being asked for my availability, no one followed up--I had to call them myself. When the inspector finally arrived, he said he is the person they always send for rat issues--yet I had already dealt with two other employees before him. He took one look at my roofline and immediately pointed out obvious signs of a previous rat problem and poor exclusion work. This was never mentioned during Orkin's original inspection, when the attic was clean and the issue could have been prevented. Because Orkin failed to identify or address any of this, I ended up with a full attic infestation. Their excuse was that they once pointed out a nearby tree, which they claimed counted as identifying an "entry point." Meanwhile, there were several actual openings around my attic that they never mentioned. Fixing the damage cost thousands. Orkin quoted me over $15,000, and when I asked for a discount given their negligence, they offered 5%, which didn't even cover the tax. Two other companies quoted me less than half of Orkin's price. Their customer service was equally terrible--condescending management, no accountability, and no acknowledgment of their own improper training or missed inspections. Their so‑called "satisfaction guarantee" only refunded one quarterly payment. Avoid this company. You are throwing your money away. You're better off handling basic bug prevention yourself and hiring a qualified company once a year to do real rodent inspection and exclusion work.
