Dale and his team at Kada are simply the best. We've had them on a quarterly service for years and if there's any pest trouble in between, they are just a call away and always come as soon as possible. They are always incredibly delightful when they show up and take the time to explain the services and based on their knowledge, if there is anything we should look out for based on trends they've seen in the area. We have preventative pest measures in the crawl space facilitated by Kada and our kitchen remodel workers (who have seen probably thousands of crawl spaces) said they were impressed on the cleanliness of the crawl space. This company is one of the best I've ever worked with. Dale came out same day to investigate a mouse problem. He spent over an hour at our house, showing me all the problem areas, and explained everything in great detail. He then set some traps and came back a week later to remove them and set up a more permanent solution. A month later we had some bees nests pop up on a portion of the roof top high to reach, so he came out, without an additional charge, and took care of them. I took a chance given the high Yelp ratings - Kada Pest Management is definitely worth the stars! I have a sugar ant problem that was driving me bonkers and have a party to host in 2 days. Rebecca in the office was able to schedule me same day as my call, and Dale (owner) came out to take care of the problem. He was in and out of my house in approximately one hour, did the interior injections and sprayed all around the perimeter of the house, and so far so good, no more ants. Dale was patient in explaining what different solutions were available to take care of my ant problem, he was knowledgeable with ants, and offered to come back (no charge) to spray again if they came back. He did not make me feel stupid for asking questions. Plus, he was extremely reasonable in what he charged given the scope of work he preformed. I was excited to find a service that would be safe for my dogs. The first time they came out they were very accommodating. I never asked them to come back out, in fact I forgot that I had a pest service until they showed up again to spray - no appointment, just showed up. I had company and didn't have time to discuss so I told him to go ahead. I paid the bill. I have spiders really bad and called for them to come back out, a service that was promised to me when I signed up. The woman I spoke to was so rude. She was clear that the spiders are bad this year and I needed to be reasonable with my expectations and basically to not bother them unless I wanted to pay more money. How much more reasonable can I be to never call them?? This was my first time asking them to come back out. They came out to spray and the very next day I had spiders so it obviously did not work. I didn't contact them right away because the woman was so incredibly rude but I figured - she's just one person and maybe she had a bad day. I contacted them again and it didn't get any better. After more back and forth than I care to do I just told them to keep the money and cancel my service. It was clear that was their goal. I would not do business again with these people. read more

I had wasps boring holes into the walls of my house and could hear them eating their way in. It was very creepy and unsettling. Dale came and promptly identified where the wasps were coming in from and without upsetting the nest, sprayed the area and repaired the hole. He was safety conscience as well making sure I was inside the house in case the wasps started coming out. We never had issues with them again. He also noticed we had some tiny ants living in the cracks of our garage and gave us some nifty traps to take care of the issue. Seattle apparently has a rat problem and one of them got into our house. Other home-owners say they've had rats in their house so it's common in Seattle. Kada came over THREE times to make sure the rat got out and checked the home for entry points. They are not afraid of rats! I am very pleased with our experience with Kada Pest Management. We were having problems with little red moisture ants both inside and outside. Within minutes of looking around, Dale (the owner) found where they were coming from. He was able to treat the area in the crawl space and the outside of the house that day. He gave us different options for ongoing management of ants to make sure they stay away. He even included a DIY option.
