Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department.

They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked.

The moment I walked into EyeQ it felt warm and inviting. Dr. Eggers took me back to the exam room right away and got started. I explained my frustrations with my contacts and she gave me a thorough explanation of what adjustments would or wouldn't do to my vision. She took her time and not only gave me one pair of contacts to try, but three different kinds of contacts as they each did something a little different. I didn't feel like that was a burden to the office to allow me to take home and try three pairs, nor did I feel as if they were trying to push a certain brand. Dr. Eggers genuinely wants me to find the right pair for me and my needs. I also needed my glasses adjusted as the other office literally just handed them to me and asked if they fit ok. Dawn took great care of me, and adjusted my glasses so now I can actually see properly out of them. Dr. Eggers and Dawn treated me like family and were extremely kind. They were not pushy and worked with me and my insurance, and even gave me a goody bag on the way out. I just felt well taken care of. I'm glad I made the switch! It took a month before hearing back, then I was informed my prescription was out dated. She left a message on my phone, don't call us will call you. This went on for another two weeks, once I called they said my glasses were in. I returned home, the lenses were scrach, on top that I had a veterans exam. I am informed that I need to have another exam in that it was not approved by the veterans affairs. Veterans don't brother going to this business for exams.
