I have had multiple issues with the optical and billing department. 1. Received a bill for an item that was already paid in full. Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department. read more

Have never been to the eye doctor. Ever. Had a situation pop up over the weekend with some strange things happening with my vision. After a few days of dealing with it, and concerned it might be something really serious I called Elite Eye Care to try and get an appointment. They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked. read more

The doctors are fine, competent, friendly and professional. The rest of the staff, at least the ones I interacted with, not so much. They seemed preoccupied with something other then my care. I even had to repeat myself as they looked away at something else and didn't hear my answer or request. I felt like I was an interruption in their otherwise fabulous exciting day. read more

I've been here before for a routine eye exam and was really impressed by thoroughness of Dr. Bell's exam--I thought it was the most accurate and comprehensive eye exam I'd ever received. The reason for my most recent visit was for urgent care. I had been suffering from some redness, pain and irritation which I thought might be a scratched cornea. Upon exam, Dr. Bell discovered I actually had a serious viral infection. She got me started on an antiviral medication right away and gave me some numbing drops to relieve the discomfort. With her care, I was feeling significantly better within 24 hours. In addition to being an excellent physician, Dr. Bell is very friendly and personable, she really takes the time to listen and to explain her diagnosis and treatment plan. The entire staff is also wonderful, so friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this place. read more

I finally tried this place after hearing so many awesome comments. They are all true! The office staff is polite and helpful. The assistants are superb at their jobs. And I loved Dr. Bell. She is friendly, efficient, and explains things clearly. My entire exam was much more thorough than the last office I went to. Good store for eyes inspection. People are professional and nice here! I purchased Crizal No-Glare lenses which is a new type, it's much more clear than before and it can resist some sunlight or high UV which make my eye feel comfortable. read more

Dr.Bell is hands down the best eye doctor that I have witnessed for children . She has been seeing my daughter since the moment she started needing glasses. I've always wondered how eye doctors knew children needed glasses without them being able to explain what is blurry and what isn't . Dr.Bell was able to explain every question that I had in detail , and made it really understandable. My daughter is completely comfortable with all the staff , and enjoys going to her yearly visits . I have literally been seeing eye doctors and specialists since I was under a year old. This office is the best I've seen yet. The office staff is so friendly, the place is clean and their equipment is state of the art new. Seriously, not having to get my eyes dilated or the air puff test and my eyes being measured and tested by little things the size of a pen- amazing! The doctor (Bell) was as nice as could be and answered so many questions and was so fun to talk to. Then when I was leaving the lady in the front who fits glasses sat and answered every $ question I had about contacts and frames- she looked everything up and gave me all the numbers with what my insurance would cover, etc. even when I told her I couldn't get the glasses right now. She was so kind. I don't usually review doctors offices but this one was spectacular. read more

Excellent! By far the best eye exam experience I have ever had. I've never been quite satisfied with my eye exams in the past - be it the doctor or the experience with the frame selection. I have been to a number of different offices in the area. I expect Elite to be my provider from now on. The entire experience from the moment I entered to the moment I left was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The facilities are modern, the doctor was friendly and thorough, and the whole staff was a pleasure to interact with. Selecting a frame was a very positive experience. They listened to what I was looking for and then found several choices. It was a bit difficult for me to decide which pair I liked best, but that is a wonderful problem! I had a bad experience with billing, Dr. Bell and the optician quoted me a different price for a procedure and they actually Billed my insurance for three times more of what they told me. I was shocked, and they did nothing to fix the problem, the billing person was rude and they never acknowledged their mistake on quoting a different price. read more
