My friend got two cookies with salted caramel and confetti which I had a taste of and those were really good. Insomnia cookies has the capabilities to be so delicious. It's just so unfortunate that their cookies are always a hit or miss. Sometimes they're perfectly warm and soft and gooey. And then there are other times where they taste a bit stale and I don't know why. Maybe it has something to do with the times that I'm getting them, maybe it has something to do with the staff, or maybe it's just this location. But either way, they do need to make a better effort at being a little bit more consistent. For the price point that they put their cookies at, they need to just do a little bit better. For now, I'll be placing my Pillsbury cookie dough in the oven at 350 degrees for 11 minutes until I get what I want from insomnia cookies. read more

Over all, amazing experience! The online ordering process was great! The prices are very reasonable. The taste was amazing! The bakery smelled heavenly! The only set back was, I got an email saying they (the bakery) would send me instructions closer to my pick up time on how to do curbside pick up. My pickup time was 830pm they didn't sent the instructions till 827pm. I was already in the store picking them up at 825pm. So that was a little weird that it was sent so close to the actual time. We used to go to Insomnia about once a week, but this will be our last time. We placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:15. I called at 9:16 to let them know I was outside, but reached an answering service. She tried calling for me and said she didn't get anyone to pick up either. I knocked on the door and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. We waited for an additional half hour and walked up at 9:45 to check again. The guy reached for a box sitting next to the door which at this point were cold. When we got home I noticed one was broken and two out of four were so raw I had to scoop it up with a spoon. I get it's weird times but I felt like I was being a nuisance to them. I legitimately want to support Insomnia, but not when I'm treated like a nuisance by employees and receive terrible quality. Ok I love insomnia! Their cookies are great and everything but my last visit was terrible! I get it's the end of the world and all but I put my order in it says done at X time so we show up and they tell us 15 minutes and we're like ok what ever come back 20 later and it's still not done told another 15 minutes or so. They won't let people into the store which I get you can't eat or hang out but you have to yell at the people through the locked door to communicate about your order so you can barely hear anything. Honey and I stopped in after eating at mustards next door. We had a small m&m cookie and one of the larger deluxe cookies. Both were good. I liked that they are served warm (obviously). But the larger cookie of the two was such a mess to eat. You had to hold the paper on and take bites otherwise you would have a whole handful of melted chocolate. Well working late decided to stop by this place. Came by around 10 PM had no problem finding parking so that was a plus. The selection of ice cream was very disappointing. And for that price I could've stopped by the 7-Eleven next-door to pick up the same stuff. The cookies were warm it was nice to see that they had vegan options. I ended up getting a box of six for $10. They stayed soft until the following evening. However $10 for six cookies is a bit extreme.
