Insomnia cookies has the capabilities to be so delicious. It's just so unfortunate that their cookies are always a hit or miss. Sometimes they're perfectly warm and soft and gooey. And then there are other times where they taste a bit stale and I don't know why. Maybe it has something to do with the times that I'm getting them, maybe it has something to do with the staff, or maybe it's just this location. But either way, they do need to make a better effort at being a little bit more consistent. For the price point that they put their cookies at, they need to just do a little bit better. For now, I'll be placing my Pillsbury cookie dough in the oven at 350 degrees for 11 minutes until I get what I want from insomnia cookies. read more

Over all, amazing experience! The online ordering process was great! The prices are very reasonable. The taste was amazing! The bakery smelled heavenly! The only set back was, I got an email saying they (the bakery) would send me instructions closer to my pick up time on how to do curbside pick up. We used to go to Insomnia about once a week, but this will be our last time. We placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:15. I called at 9:16 to let them know I was outside, but reached an answering service. She tried calling for me and said she didn't get anyone to pick up either. I knocked on the door and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. We waited for an additional half hour and walked up at 9:45 to check again. The guy reached for a box sitting next to the door which at this point were cold. When we got home I noticed one was broken and two out of four were so raw I had to scoop it up with a spoon. I get it's the end of the world and all but I put my order in it says done at X time so we show up and they tell us 15 minutes and we're like ok what ever come back 20 later and it's still not done told another 15 minutes or so. Honey and I stopped in after eating at mustards next door. We had a small m&m cookie and one of the larger deluxe cookies. Both were good. I liked that they are served warm (obviously). I ended up getting a box of six for $10. They stayed soft until the following evening. However $10 for six cookies is a bit extreme.
