I loved the cream baklava the most, got 2 of those and they were incredible and not too sweet with the honey water. The owner is so sweet when we asked what her favorites are. So many different little treats and they were all so good. I thought the classic pistachio baklava would be my favorite but the cream one is out of this world.

OH MY GOODNESS! Why didn't I come across this confectionary sooner? BTW I think Confectionary is a better addition to the name Bakery. Because not only is she the queen of phyllo desserts, she's a master of chocolate. I enjoyed every single thing from this little shop, so much so that the next week, I paid $45 for a bar of Dubai chocolate using Uber Eats, just so I don't visit again in person and lose control and order one of each of everything. LOL. Needless to say, the Dubai chocolate is to-die-for. Having visited only once, I'm not sure at what quantity of ordering do they package it in the nice pink, gifting box? The first time I only ordered half a bar so it was just in a bag. The second time ordering a whole bar through delivery still didn't land me one of those pretty boxes. BTW, make sure you refrigerate the product as it will melt. (Sure don't mind it melting in my mouth, mmmmmm) Hubby lost control and got one of each of the Turkish Delights. While they were not bad (especially the gummy one with chopped up rose petals on the outside) the rest of the desserts are better. Afterall, I don't think Reem's is turkish so better stick with the classic.

One of my favorite places in Colorado!! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of sweets, so it was difficult to choose just a few. Everything I got there was amazing. I got an assortment of baklava and a few other treats I've never tried before. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a sweet treat!

Ok Yelpies if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Unassuming from the outside and then you walk in.... OMG the pastries are stunning, like overwhelmingly gorgeous. The owner is wonderful and is as beautiful as her sweets and asked if we wanted samples.... I asked if anyone has ever told her no. So of course it was a yes and the pistachio baklava and cream baklava were gobbled up immediately. I'm telling you right now to add this to your "go get this NOW" list. Syrian baklava is a little less syrupy so it stays crisp longer and has a better balance of flavor that isn't just overpowered sweetness. This was a delightful find today, thank you so much!

Friendly workers and high quality goods! This is worth the stop if you're in the area. We tried several desserts and most were delicious (I especially recommend the cheese knafe). Check it out next time you're craving something sweet!

I initially found this place as I was searching for the viral Dubai knafeh and pistachio chocolate bar. And feel like I stumbled on a gem. The woman who took my order was very sweet, and even offered me a baklava sample. My mouth is watering for baklava now just thinking about it. Excited to be back and try their whole selection!

I found this place through my fellow yelp reviewers! It' was all worth the buzz. The baklavas were tasty and there was an assortment to choose from. It's big with a variety to choose from. Clean and unique. This is a must try if your in town and or need to try some tasty baklava

Decided to try out the viral Dubai chocolate and it did not disappoint from Reem's Bakery. Not too thick of a layer of chocolate, crunchy, tons of pistachios, and not too sweet. Also amazing with a hot cup of tea. Usually I do not like baklava but this one was solid. Not overly sweet!

Good freaking lord! I would say a good amount of the hyped up places I go to don't live up to their reputation but Reem's Bakery - Middle Eastern Syrian Sweets met my expectations and then some! I originally went for the Viral Dubai chocolate bar which ended up being an explosion of flavors. Every single ingredient stood out: the knafeh (fried crunchy filo dough bits), pistachio and chocolate. Honestly I thought my eyes were going to roll into the back of my head it tasted that good. I was already there so I threw in a Nutella baklava which was also amazing. As a bonus the mother son duo ran the shop to a T. Not gonna lie the son almost sold me on everything there but I had to have some degree of self control but next time I'll try other stuff. Highly recommend Reem's Bakery

I was excited to try after watching a documentary on the Somm channel about that specific winemaker. The wine was delicious. Additionally, I was so happy to see small boutique wine from the Santa Barbara area like Amevive and A Tribute to Grace. Our server Yvonne guided our menu choices thoughtfully and enhanced our experience with excellent service. We started with watermelon feta salad with baby cilantro, walnuts, and harissa oil. The watermelon was cool, sweet, and crisp and the flavors balanced perfectly. If you are a pickle lover you must get the pickles. I think I will be dreaming of them. The pickled cabbage, okra, califlower and snap peas were just the best! The pitas were puffy, but not hollow, and warm. There was also an olive oil dipping sauce that complemented everything. Star of the show for me was the forgaged mushrooms and hummus. These were the most delicious mushrooms and snoothest hummus I have ever experienced, and I think there might be magicians in the kitchen. Our other dishes were cabbage and eggplant. Both taste explosions, done masterfully with a sauce, color and texture. This food is truly incredible, highly recommend. I am in Denver for work, anytime I travel back to Denver I will for sure return to Safta.

So unexpected, refreshing, and delicious. This isn't just a place to grab something to eat--it's an experience. Go hungry, order a bunch of things, share everything, and experiment. Definitely a must-try.

To start, the hummus, pita, and htipiti are a must, obviously! And the za'atar-spiced fries are seriously addicting -- I could eat an entire order myself. We got a few drinks and placed an order for apps and mains together since it would be easier. And normally you would expect drinks would come first followed by apps and then mains. We got the apps, drinks and mains all together which was a bit odd because our table had no more place. Our server did not ask us and we thought it was understood. The lamb kofte, hummus and mandu dumplings were great! Their pita is fresh and piping hot, unlike other pitas I've had which was a big positive! The main dish my mom got was the carrot dish because she is a vegetarian, it was such a lazy dish! Just extra charred carrots on a bed of chickpeas and sauce - I expected more! Everything lamb was grilled to perfection and tasted really good. The falafel was very tasty as well. Stick to meat options if you decide to dine here. I wish they had a few more vegetarian options in the mains. We decided to skip desserts here because they did not sound appetizing at all. Service was alright. FYI - they will add a 20% service charge irrespective of your party size.
