Don't know if this man had a bad day or something, but we came in late to get a cookie and ice cream for my friends birthday and the worker was literally bullying us while we were telling him our order. Maybe try not to make your customers feel like you're belittling them, usually I'd be empathetic but he kept making unnecessary rude remarks. read more

***False or misleading advertisement * The cash register says "didn't receive a receipt? Let us know and get up to a $10 gift card (877-68-cookie" I went to purchase a brownie and while I was waiting I saw this advertised on the cash register. There was no fine print nor any details on how it worked. I continued waiting for brownie and saw a camera facing me so i figured if I dont get a receipt then they can pull up the camera to verify that i was not given a receipt. The person working handed me the brownie but did not hand me my receipt so i proceeded to walk out so the camera could verify that she did not hand me my receipt and that I walked out the door. While exiting the store and the camera seeing, I went back to the cashier and asked what do i have to do to qualify for the advertisement shown on the cash register. She then stepped away and grabbed my receipt that she failed to give me and told me that i have my receipt now and that they don't offer that deal at the mesa location and if I have any questions about it to call the number shown. I called the number and was given the run around but essentially told that I had to leave the store and report it the next day. I told them that there was not fine print or any print stating that and if they are going to advertise something like that then they need to state the stipulations or specifics such as I need to leave the store for a particular amount of time beforr i can qualify for the advertisement they are displaying. This advertisement was false, misleading and had no detailes on how it works. Dont mislead customers or promote falsely. Hold to what your advertising. Other than that, everything that I have tried there is delicious and i would recommend the brownies or even the cookies. This place place will make you want to return....just please dont mislead customers and not follow through with what you are advertising. read more

Insomnia Cookies: Where were you during my college years? This would've been a perfect snack while studying or after a late night/early morning of partying! I can't believe they deliver and are open until 3 a.m. If I stayed up that late, I'd definitely stop by. I'm almost waking up at 3 am nowadays! Anyway...I wanted to see what they were about and I'm glad I did. I enjoyed their basic chocolate chip cookies with blue ice cream. I had a cookie sandwich. I don't know why I keep trying this because it's too much to eat and I just can't eat it like a sandwich. I really want to like it but nah it's not for me. Some things are not meant to be. I eventually eat the ice cream with a spoon and take bites of the cookie. The blue ice cream was so good! It had pieces of cookie dough in it. I also got a mint chocolate chip cookie and an apple pie cookie. I didn't like either one. I preferred the simple chocolate chip cookies. The mint tasted too much like toothpaste and the other had chunks of apple in it. I just didn't like the taste of the mushy apples or texture. Would I come back? Yeah I think so. I wouldn't mind purchasing a mini cookie cake or that blue ice cream on top of ONE chocolate chip cookie. Yum! The price is so so, could be lower imo. I didn't pay more than $15. read more

Placed an order online, arrived at the time noted, then proceed to wait almost about an hour. Had called a couple of times to ask about the order in a courteous manner, due to overwhelming orders they were backed up, understandable. As time past we noticed more ppl arriving and receiving their orders, to which my friend and I thought it was unusual, as we continued waiting for our sweet treats. I get down and go inside to ask the gentleman, he then tells me they're closed, which I replied that I was still waiting for an order. I told him the name on the order, then he tried to play it off as if the order wasn't received at all when he was looking at his screen, then I told him if he'd like to see the order number, after looking again he then said it would take a while longer. At that point the idea of some sweet treats, left a bad taste in our mouth, from the amount of time we've waited and after he tried playing off not receiving our order. Unfortunately Insomnia Cookies slept on us this time, don't think I will return. read more

I've never been more pleased in my whole life, after being so disappointed when Fahrenheit 32 was WAY TOO busy we decided to stop in and see if it's any good. And let me tell you, it was a great experience. And they deliver! The delivery fee is only 2 dollars with a 6 dollar minimum. Whoever thought of this business deserves an award lol everyone should go try it at least once. If I had to say one negative thing, I would say more seating would be nice. Maybe a bench outside.
