When I arrived I became nervous due to a man who stopped just a few feet from my back door which I needed to get my baby out of. I rushed into synaxis and asked staff if they would come out with me just in case and they were incredibly kind and respected my concern. One staff member let me know the man is familiar and harmless but validated my concern anyway and offered to escort me out when it was time to leave. Despite not being an environment intended for babies they were friendly towards my 1 year old and didn't mind her eating her snacks and becoming vocal at times while we were there. When it was time to leave staff checked outside for me and noticed the man still standing near my vehicle and escorted me to my car. Along with that, my latte was INCREDIBLE. We'll definitely be back often.

They also refused to sell me cake pops even though the fridge was full of them, which was confusing and frustrating. Customer service makes a big difference, and this experience has made me not want to come back. I hope management looks into this and considers improving the customer service.

Now, lets talk about la Disputa. Note: Syrups are not housemade, but nonetheless high quality. The DRINK: Lavender Iced Latte: BLESSINGS OF THE BEAN AND FLOWER Who would have thought to combine the robust, bold flavours of coffee with a sweet syrup singing the chorus of mountain flowers. From the Old World to our new modern world, the coffee bean and lavender leave scores of history on our taste buds. La Disputa coffee beans are bold and bittersweet with a mature earthiness. They are lightened by the mild and creamy milk and the floral and fragrant lavender syrup. Day two we picked up some chilled Vietnamese coffee for the office and everybody loved it!
