Cookies were delivered to wrong address the first time. After calling and getting a replacement order I never got my cookie delivery

First let me begin with the not so good- I've ordered online twice for delivery to different campus addresses. First time, I used the online "tracker" but it's either never working or the cookies are just always baking. I checked with my recipient and she had not received them an hour after they were supposed to be there. I call the customer service number which then led me to, what I presume to be, a work from home type of representative as the TV was blaring a daytime talk show in the background. She shows that it left the store, but they couldn't find the building, someone called, blah blah blah. Ok, so, the building was described, had the correct address, I even wrote directions on what to do when they arrived in case the delivery agent wasn't familiar. Of course, no one ever called me, no one contacted the recipient, etc. and the driver just marked it as unable to locate. The CSR had to put me on hold, call the store, find out what happened, then click back over to me to tell me all this. I said that no one had called either party, etc. and she had to put me back on hold to call the store back. I wound up having to go pick the order up after work because they did not have a driver to deliver it... Second time was similar except that I anticipated this happening and after 30 minutes of it not arriving, I call customer service. Again, blaring TV and a not so friendly gal was on the other end. I explained that I had set a 3:00pm delivery, no cookies had arrived, etc. She puts me on hold, calls the store, and they tell her that I called and had the order changed to 9:30pm. Uhhmmm...why would I have a delivery changed to 9:30pm that was going to a campus department address well after business hours. If you can't do the delivery, that's fine! Just tell me and I will make other arrangements but don't say that I changed the order and then no one verify that or send confirmation. Again, I'm put on hold, not-so-helpful-or-friendly-CSR calls the store back, tells them that I did not change it. Store says they will attempt delivery now. Great. LET.ME.JUST.CALL.THE.EFFING.STORE The good: the cookies are out of this world good when they're fresh, the people in the store are wonderful, friendly, and helpful, the snickerdoodle is probably the best version I've ever tasted. I would drive all the way to Normal just to get their cookiewich! I always get their cookies n' cream ice cream with double chocolate cookies. It always satisfies my sugar cravings The staff are always very friendly! read more

I did ask for a sample and the employees were passive aggressive saying i can only try one sample. but if i asked to try others they said no. pretty much bad customer service had attitudes with me and another customer before me. other than that the cookies were great. read more

Got one tiny scoop of ice cream for little humans and they charged $5.50 each. I don't event write reviews but there is something really annoying and wrong when you are way over charged for kids' plain ole not-even-half - scoop of ice cream. This place is the best. I haven't had a bad experience yet the people working there are always nice and the cookies are amazing.

We got ice cream and cookies here and the cookies were good but it wasn't anything special. I would say that I was lucky enough to get some right out of the oven, and maybe that's why it was good. The ice cream was good though. I really like the moose tracks flavor, it is a unique taste for me. I don't know if I'll come back though. read more

Love the cookies, but unfortunately the delivery service is extremely bad. There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered cookies and it takes over an hour and a half for them to bake and deliver them to me 5 minutes away? Also, when you call the number given it takes you to an automated message where you will also be put on hold and have to wait even more which is very inconvenient and can't talk to anyone from the store. :( read more

Absolutely the best cookies and guaranteed to be warm. Just wish I lived within the 5 mile radius so I could have them delivered. Mmmmmm!

Good prices, and quick delivery time. I would suggest double checking the time you have put down for the cookies to be delivered. Online I edited mine to be delivered at 3:00pm instead of 2:00pm however, they were still delivered at 2:00pm. The delivery guy was very rude on the phone and lacked proper phone skills. read more

Don't ever deliver, they will give it to someone who isn't you. Crazy how easy it is to get an order right but this place has failed multiple times. read more
