Justin is a fantastic inspector and he came highly recommended by a general contractor I work with. He arrived early, was very thorough and gave me a very good rundown of our new construction home. You would think that a new home would be "all clear" with no problems... but that's never the case. New builders will generally try to rush their building process so we found a few issues, some major and most are minor. Justin was able to send me a report in less than 24 hours with all the good and bad. He walked me through the entire house after his inspection and told me all about the stuff he had found and crawled around in the attic as well. If you're looking for an inspector, give Justin a call. He is very responsive and he's good at what he does. It's hard to find trusted inspectors and GC's these days but he's someone that is fair in pricing and will be very forthcoming with everything he finds. read more

My realtor contacted Justin on a Friday, and we were quickly booked for a Monday appointment. Justin was punctual, and arrived shortly before the scheduled appointment time. He inspected the property while we waited outside, and then brought us in to do the walk through. He was very thorough with his recommendations and explanations of his findings, so we were left with minimal questions in the end. He's very knowledgeable and professional. His rate was also significantly cheaper than other quotes I received. My appointment was at 5 pm, and I received the inspection report around 10 am the next day. Extremely disappointing experience with this inspector. We picked Justin after reading all the good reviews online and he has a very good bio on his website, but it was a big mistake. He was unprofessional and had an attitude. He stopped responding to any of our messages after taking our money and gave a sloppy report. We ended up having to find someone else to redo the whole inspection and there were so many things Justin didn't cover in his report. Do not recommend this business. Justin was great to work with and very professional. He's very patient with the whole inspection process and has an amiable personality. I've had to postpone the inspection and change the inspection time and Justin was able to accommodate my availability even though the ending time of the inspection was after his normal business hours. He is open to any questions that you may have and give's honest answers. The entire inspection took the amount of time expected (1 hour and 40 minutes). He works very diligently too! We used Justin to inspect three homes for us. The first home looked great, and we followed him around as he explained everything thoroughly. There were lots of little things wrong but nothing major and we felt comfortable with his findings. The next house he found a lot of things wrong that we hadn't noticed before, so much so that we backed out of the deal when the owners wouldn't allow any compensation for repairs.
