They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! Around 3:15 PM, I called and was told 4:00 PM was fine. I arrived at 4:05 PM and was then told they don't take anyone after 3:00-3:30 PM. This was for tire balance and rotation, and the vehicle needed to be back on the road the same day. Total miscommunication and refusal to honor what they confirmed by phone. This is not the first issue at this location -- we've previously had wrong tires installed, defective tires installed, valve stems not replaced, and brand-new tires leaking air. Store manager David showed no accountability and dismissed the issue. Poor communication, repeated mistakes, and lack of responsibility. Not recommended.

The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby. The entire inspection took under 40 minutes. Very happy with the service and glad we chose this place! Highly recommend if you need a safety inspection.

I hadn't visited his shop for over three years since I bought a brand-new Toyota Corolla, but recently someone hit the passenger-side mirror on my car. I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. Boris is honest, and his team is excellent. I've never had any issues with the front desk or his mechanics.

arauto and ronaldo were highly recommended by a friend as an honest, capable shop - which is what i…read moreneeded! i was in the health care "system" for almost a year being shuffled from hospitals to physical rehab centers and back. meanwhile, my suv 4runner sat in the driveway with the results being: 1.) needed new battery 2.) no highbeams/drl-1 disconnected, other busted - (wouldn't turn off-last year, before i went to hospital) 3.) outlets not getting power with power switch/engine on 4.) power windows were acting up and wouldn't operate from driver's door controls 5.) needed oil change, tires rotated, lubrication, etc. 6.) truck in desperate need of detailing due to pollen outside...and cigar smoke inside in less than a week, most of these problems were fixed (plug in outlets still not working, but usb port gets power) the detailing on the job was so good i wouldn't have recognized my 4runner if it weren't for the decals in the rear windows. i would highly recommend this business if your car needs some major attention.

I dropped my vehicle off and immediately received a text with a list of "issues" that needed to be fixed. I agreed for them to do the work although my main concern was the check engine light. I left my vehicle at the shop for 2 days. When I picked my vehicle up, I paid over $2.5K and was assured that in addition to the other "issues", the check engine light issue was resolved. A week later, the check engine light came back on. I took the vehicle back and left it for a day. I was again assured that the issue was resolved and was "only" charged for a part that was replaced, but not labor. Great! Today, the check engine light is back on. Unfortunately , I will not be contacting this shop to "fix" it for a THIRD time. The staff is fairly friendly so they'd likely be willing to look at it again; however, I cannot trust that they will finally fix the issue nor can I continue to spend my time and $ there. I have gotten the vehicle scanned elsewhere and it is giving the SAME CODE as the original and that the shop claimed they fixed TWICE. I was also told by another mechanic that this should have been a fairly easy and minor fix had it been diagnosed properly the first time around. Very unfortunate that I can no longer recommend this shop due to lack of reliability and/or expertise.
