Inspector pro is a true professional and is as through as they come. The inspector throughly pointed out flaws in the house that we wanted to buy and showed the house required a great amount of work. the roof needed to be completely redone. there was mold from a prior leak in the house and he simply showed with pics and and facts what needed to be repaired. the inspector did not any way try to influence our purchase but wanted us to be aware in what we were purchasing before we bought the house. he was also extremly backed up with reports but ws able to get our fully customized report out the next day. I will never buy a house without having his inspect it and he even came to my parents house the next week to inspect our roof after we put in solar to make sure it was done correctly.
