Inspector pro is a true professional and is as through as they come. The inspector throughly pointed out flaws in the house that we wanted to buy and showed the house required a great amount of work. the roof needed to be completely redone. there was mold from a prior leak in the house and he simply showed with pics and and facts what needed to be repaired. the inspector did not any way try to influence our purchase but wanted us to be aware in what we were purchasing before we bought the house. he was also extremly backed up with reports but ws able to get our fully customized report out the next day. I will never buy a house without having his inspect it and he even came to my parents house the next week to inspect our roof after we put in solar to make sure it was done correctly. Allen is amazing, he takes his time and finds every single issue that is wrong with a place, even just minor things that you should know about that could possibly cause you issues in the future. When he is done with his inspection, he will meet with you and take the time to show you all the stuff he found, he goes into great deal and explains the current condition and how it should be. He is very knowledgeable about everything home related it seems, he can explain how each and every issue should be fixed or corrected. He even found tiny cracks that need to be sealed that we would have never have seen ourselves, plus takes many pictures for the report, so you can see every crack, or every nail that is sticking up in the roof that just needs to be hammered down. I have had him do 3 inspections for me and he is worth every penny. His reports are so detailed and even broken down into sections with a table of contents, which helps because you can forward it to someone like an electrician and they can look at all the electrical problems and give you a quote without wasting their time going through tons of pages that they cannot help with. Anyone I know that buys a house in the future I will make sure they go through Allen.
