4/19/21 This review is being written in favor of Allen Coggan at Inspection Pro, whom I hired to perform a general inspection of a home for sale in the Tower/Fresno High School area. Mr. Coggan spoke with me over the phone for one hour explaining his protocol for evaluating a property. He then spent more than three hours at the site carefully checking each structure/system. The report is a lengthy but well organized and clearly summarized one with dozens of photos as supporting evidence for each finding. He then made himself available for an hour-long follow up meeting during which everything was explained in an understandable way to a person not versed in construction. In turn, it was possible for me to use the results in negotiating a more than fair repairs credit with the seller. The fee is extremely reasonable, especially considering his expertise, the included documentation, and the time and effort put forth. I highly recommend Inspection Pro if you are purchasing a home. I contacted Inspection Pro during the buying process of a large house in Fresno, CA. The home was not typical in shape and features. Allen responded right away and scheduled quickly. Allen was extremely thorough and highly knowledgeable with all aspects of the home inspection process. He inspected every detail of the home inside and out! He was also patient and answered all of my questions (I had many). After the inspection he provided a thorough and detailed report of his findings and recommendations and then went over that report with me and answered additional questions.
