I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership. I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

To make matters worse, she was also quoted an exorbitant fee for the replacement of an air filter--an extremely simple task that typically takes no more than two minutes to complete. It's disheartening to see what appears to be a clear case of opportunistic overcharging, possibly based on the assumption that a woman wouldn't question the pricing. Shame on you. Actions like this erode trust and reflect poorly on your business. While karma has a way of addressing injustices in due time, the immediate consequence is that you have lost a long-standing customer--someone who had been loyal to your establishment for years.

They still charged me for the diagnostic with no results, stating that the mechanic would need more time to find the leak. At that point even if they found the leak there was no way I was going to trust them to repair it. From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman.
