Popped in here late night for a treat. The person working walked me through the menu and I picked out an açaí bowl with blueberries granola coconut and honey drizzled on top. Amazing! It was so good I came back the next day for another.

**Alegria Bowls - A Burst of Happiness in Every Bite!** I used to walk by Alegria Bowls on Main Street and always wondered what the hype was about... and now, the only thing I regret is not going in sooner! "Alegria" means happiness in Portuguese, and let me tell you, that's exactly what this place delivers. Their specialty? **Acai Bowls** - straight from Brazil, these delicious bowls are packed with fresh ingredients, and you get to customize them exactly how you like! From acai to milkshakes and ice cream, everything is made fresh, and you can even add fun Brazilian treats like **Serenata de Amor** chocolate (a delightful caramel chocolate that adds the perfect touch to their ice cream ). I tried the **strawberry milkshake**, and it was absolutely *delicious* - super fresh, creamy, and worth every sip. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but the quality and freshness of the ingredients make it totally worth it, in my opinion. **Food**: 9/10 **Pricing**: 6/10 (a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!) **Ambiance**: 7/10 (fun, welcoming vibes with a bubbly font that adds to the charm) If you're craving something fresh, healthy, and oh-so-yummy, do yourself a favor and stop by Alegria Bowls! You won't regret it.

Even from the menu, you could tell that this is authentically Brazilian. They offer many authentic topping options, such as brigadeiros. This place is significantly better than those chain açai and juice spots in town. However, the price was very high!

Came in and ordered a couple small bowls to-go, and they were amazing! I love that you can pick 7 different toppings for your bowl and it's included in the cost. They have a huge variety of options that i haven't seen in any other place. I find that the cultural aspect of having more Brazilian toppings makes all the difference. The açaí was the perfect, smooth texture and tasted incredible. The toppings were fresh and delicious as well! My new favorite açaí spot for sure. The owner George is sweet and let me know about their loyalty program! I thought the aesthetic was very fitting, well-lit and nicely organized. Place is so cute!!

I visited Alegria Bowls a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed!! I talked to the owner, who was very kind and welcoming. He told me that all of Alegria's acai is imported directly from Brazil, and it was incredibly fresh - such good flavor! The storefront is small but was full by the time I left - couples, families, individuals, etc. I imagine it will be discovered by the Tufts student population very soon, considering how delicious (and good looking!!) its menu options are. What I ordered: 1. Acai bowl: I got this with several different types of fruit and it was delicious!! A super generous portion of acai and everything was arranged so beautifully. I loved how customizable this choice was - there is certainly something for everyone on their toppings menu! 2. Cookie dough milkshake: This one was UNREAL. It looks like a milkshake from heaven, first of all - and it tasted like one too! I was so impressed by how generously topped it was - with tons of whipped cream, a chocolate chip cookie, caramel, a rolled wafer cookie, etc. This is definitely going to blow up on social media...it looks too good not to!! Would highly recommend visiting Alegria. It's an awesome small business, and the food is genuinely so fresh - the perfect place to get your acai fix. Enjoy!!

Their Brazilian Açaí Bowl is a game changer, I have been going there for two weeks in a row! Can't wait to have more when the weather gets better! They offer açaí bowl, frozen yogurt, milkshake, ice cream, and açaí  shake.

the quality of acai was great and the toppings were also really good. I would recommend for others to try

    Loved our visit! 10/10 recommend.

My friend got a custom bowl with their selected toppings and notably added whey protein. The bowls were finished quickly, though they were actually put in cups. It was a little harder to get to the acai but still tasty. Only thing that was a bit odd was that the protein was not blended into the acai. The price was fair and the fruit was fresh.

Their açaí bowls are great quality, and topped with my personal favorites like granola, banana, strawberries, condensed milk, milk powder, and a peanut candy (pacoquita). Whether you're looking for a healthy breakfast, post-workout snack, or a refreshing treat on a hot day, this place delivers. Also, for those who are into the Dubai Chocolate trend, there's an acai bowl Dedicated to that flavor. Aiming to order that next time. They also have savory & sweet snacks (ie Brazilian tapioca which looks kind of like a crepe or thin pancake with filling), Pão de queijo cheese breads and more.
