Staying at a hotel nearby and bowls sounded good. Found Vitality and very glad I did. Really small place with only 6-8 seats but it looks like most people carry out anyway. I ordered the Dragon Bowl, medium size. That's the pic. It's friggin huge!! The large is ... um ... huger. Tasted really good. The staff is polite and detailed and fast. Very good service here! They can add protein to any bowl, which was lucky for my boyfriend. Got him a vitality bowl with protein and got myself a piña colada. When I was trying to figure out a good order for my boyfriend they were really helpful in suggesting the vitality bowl- it's the perfect açaí variation for a banana strawberry lover. It also comes with goji berries and flax seeds for texture. The piña colada is not too sweet- nice coconut flavor- with the coconut milk. Good for someone who likes coconut (like me)- as it's more coconut forward. You taste the pineapple and the sweetness of the banana but those flavors are a little more subdued. You taste the mango peach with the coconut. It's a milky tropical blend. read more

Love that this was the best, most amazing açaí bowl I've every had!!! Hate that I can't afford to have this every morning. I've only gone once, but I cannot wait to go back. The fresh pressed juice was so delicious, and the açaí bowl was so fresh. Definitely not watered down and frozen like other places. The portion was also really nice compared to other places too. Came with a lot of toppings. With regards to the inside, it's definitely small, but there is a small area to sit at. This is also located at Arsenal Yards, so if it's a nice day, there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your drink and bowl outside, which is definitely what I did. The service was kind and efficient. The two guys there were able to explain the menu to me, as well as the APP ... so I could collect "points". I will say that the one huge downside is ... is that the APP sucks. Never works properly, which always deters me from using it to order ahead, which would honestly probably encourage me to get these bowls more often. IDK if this individual store can do anything about the APP ... but just something to think about. read more

It might take a few minutes before you can order and a lot longer for your order to be ready. Let me explain: when there is only a few customers, just 1 person is preparing all the food and drink. Settled in the bustling Arsenal Yards, this little superfood cafe was the perfect stop for refueling while we waited for our reservation at a restaurant close by. They have seating inside but we just took our beverages with us to explore the area. Parking can be a bit congested. I found parking further away because I like the walk. There's also a garage if you can't find any space in the parking lot. The Vitality Juice- Carrot, apple, celery, and kale. I love carrots in juices. It's such a great neutralizer to tone down all the other fruits and vegetables. Delicious. The Rehydrator Juice- Orange, kale, carrot, and apple. It doesn't taste like grass at all. The fruits make it sweet and tart. Great antioxidant and my nephew liked it too. Overall Service: Very nice. They were patient with us since my sister and her son had no idea what they wanted to get. Yummy acai bowl! I was craving acai and this place hit the spot! They have wraps, salads, smoothies and acai bowls. Everything looked really good so it was hard to choose. I actually went with their vitality acai bowl which was topped with strawberries, bananas, honey and crunchy granola. The fruit was fresh and the acai was nice and cold. I really enjoyed the crunchy granola that gave it a totally different texture to the bowl. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Will be back! read more

My "acai" bowl had a frozen chunk of frozen açaí mix in it (pictured). This was more like a smooth bowl than an acai bowl and was not worth the $15. I find that at other açaí bowl places you can get much more toppings for the same cost. read more

Caveat Emptor. I ordered the chimichurro steak and roasted potato bowl. The "steak" was nothing but deli sliced roast beef. The potatoes were not roasted - they were just chopped and boiled - and closer to raw. It tasted good. Everything except the beef and potatoes tasted good. We ordered the Morning Glory (No superseed crunch), Detoxifier juice, Power Pesto Chicken Bowl, and Tropical Bowl. The Detoxifier juice was very good! I enjoyed it and could taste the fresh ingredients. My real issue is that after ordering my mother was the one to notice that you actually get charged for REMOVING items from an item on the menu. Not sure how that makes sense considering my concern was that I could be allergic to the 'superseed crunch'. Anyways, the manager was extremely empathetic and understanding and explained how the system works and that they are working that out but currently do not have a way of removing things without charging. We did not have an issue with the .75 charge per day, it's just the concept of getting charged to remove something. He also offered a smoothie coupon to return which was very nice. I'm not sure I will be back though. Once I got home, I bit into the wrap that I got and it STILL contained the superseed crunch, despite the whole conversation around it. Luckily it seems i'm not allergic, but that aside I found the wrap to be underwhelming, not really flavorful and also missing the goat cheese. I feel like if I go back I will stick to juices because I am hesitant to get anything else considering I do have food allergies and would have to alter smoothies and at this point don't trust that could happen. read more

My daughter and I were so happy to see a VB in watertown as we loved the one we visited in Michigan. The menu is not standardized though and the salad here was very different. My daughters acai bowl was really good though and there were lots of people getting smoothies. they just need more staff when it's busy. read more

Been here a few times, we've tried the vitality bowl which was good the first time and the tropical paradise smoothie was good, our most recent experience wasn't as great the vitality bowl tasted as if it was made differently (much sweeter), and found a long hair in one of the bowls, called to let them know and they did offer a gift card which was appreciated read more

Update: After my not-so-great first experience in July, I went back today and ordered a complimentary salad that the owner had offered. Really great! I was hoping to have that goat cheese finally but they don't offer it any more (too expensive, apparently) and there were no other cheese options besides feta, which I don't like. Other than that, the salad size is small, but at least I knew what I was in for this time. The ingredients are very fresh and yummy, so I'd go back for that reason. Service was great.
