Ok, where do I start? Inspire Productions was wonderful to work with & they did a stupendous job exceeding my expectations completely. I found them through Yelp search in June as I started my planning for my company holiday party. I felt a little late in the game and a lot of vendors were getting booked already. The photos caught my eye; so, I sent in an inquiry. Jud reached out to me & from there me, he & his team began working together. They really made everything so easy. I told them the theme I wanted to do, general information (# of guests, start time & end time, and preferred distance for location). Jud was always available whenever I had questions. Our party was for 250 guests & had a tight budget but Jud & his team executed it amazingly. Food was delicious & cooked on the spot so everything was fresh & hot. My colleagues were blown away and I've been receiving comments that it was the BEST holiday party we've had. I highly recommend using Inspire Productions if you're planning an event. read more

Wow. Inspire Productions, you really impressed me! I was (in full transparency) very anxious about having an event planner as I am usually 100% hands on in my past events. They proved me wrong. I did not need to worry at all and they did a GREAT job! They dressed up this empty canvas of a location into a beautiful event. Can't say enough about the great service provided by Inspire Productions, they put together a fantastic team that made our event a hit. When we arrived I knew we had made the chosen the best. They had flags with our company colors to welcome us, table cloths on all the tables. They even covered the trash cans and made them look good! The food was fantastic, presentation on point and just a good as it looked. Staff friendly, inviting and very professional. Sander communicated with us throughout the entire process, making sure our event would be a success and it was. They had a range of games for all guest to play from the toddlers to teens. The company games were fantastic and if you weren't playing on a team you were cheering the players on. Great company to work with! Planning a company picnic was super challenging but Jud and Tamiko walked me through it every step of the way. They contracted out all of the vendors and helped me deal with the not-so-friendly-or-helpful SF parks department. It was great to focus on my day to day job and have someone else take care of coordinating all of the logistics for the company picnic. The vendors that they work with are top notch. I was told many times that the face painter was one of the best they've ever seen (these parents go to a lot of little kid birthday parties!). The food was amazing and was displayed very nicely. It was great to have a bartender during the duration of the event so our guests could feel like they were well taken care of. I was hesitant to have the team building activities because I wasn't sure if my colleagues would participate, but even the most introverted & quiet team members were playing along and having fun! If you're on the fence about adding this to your picnic package, I say do it!! You will be glad you did. Overall, Jud and Tamiko are fantastic. Our team contracted Inspire Productions to help manage our 2019 Company Holiday Party. We worked directly with Jud and Sander on the event and they did a wonderful job at bringing our party to life. Our planning process and budgets were all moving targets, but J&S were supportive with patience as we worked through it all. I worked at Inspire Productions with Jud as an Intern for a summer holiday. It was a great experience. I have learned a lot from each team member and through all great events. Everyone on the team was a great trainer for me. I was impressed with each staff's passion and effort for their events. The first event I worked with Inspire Productions was Mozilla's employee celebration picnic in summer2016. It was a really successful event with many great team building activities, and fun activities for children. There were also some wonderful and creative performance and great catered food. Working with Inspire Productions was fantastic from start to finish! I suddenly found myself in need of a new caterer for a 100-person picnic that was less than two weeks away. No problem: Jud Yaski jumped right on it and developed a fantastic menu and entertainment package for a very reasonable price. Jud and his staff were always professional, helpful, and friendly. During the planing process, Jud provided his own helpful insights to help me create the best event possible without blowing my budget. The event itself was a huge success. We hired Inspire to help us coordinate rentals and staffing at our wedding, and while the event went smoothly, they really made it difficult for us and caused us a lot of anxiety. They tried to get us to switch our catering to a restaurant they chose (after we had already set it up), and they pushed us to end our event earlier than we wanted. When we changed a few things in the last month before the event (based on our head count) we were told that we were taking up too much of their time, that they weren't making money on us, and that they were going to charge us $50 every time we changed something. They did find us a good DJ (Hoopla Entertainment), and in the end, the event went fine, but the leadup was extremely stressful! It would have been less stressful (and cheaper!) to just do everything ourselves. read more

Inspire Productions is great! I've used Inspire to coordinate our company's annual picnic two years in a row and both events were a smashing success. Jud and his team take the stress and guesswork out of everything, from the pre-planning to the coordination on the day of the event.
