I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. Impressing 200+ attorney's is quite a feat by the way, and the popcorn did it..lol! Thank you Sparkle for your professionalism, your promptness and your patience. Only problem was, the playground was closed for renovations. Nicole and her team didn't let us know that the playground was closed although they arrived on-site 2 hours earlier. When I arrived, I had to scramble with the team to move the setup to the park next-door. Everything was OK at the end and even some of our guests offered help. One of the main reason we book with Nicole is that when things go wrong, I'd like her to step up and resolve them. But instead, she CHARGED US $300 for moving to the next playground. Wow, we were expecting apology, not a $300 bill. Even if you are a repeating and happy client of Nicole (like us), I advise you to start looking for more professional services with other organizers. We appreciate the many events she helped us until she dropped the ball completely and insulted us by charging us extra afterwards. -- Nicole responded by saying that they couldn't have foresaw that the playground was closed. This is false as her team showed me that they sent Nicole messages and videos of playground being closed before they setup anything. They could have communicated this with us earlier and moved to This is beyond surprising on how Nicole handles unexpected cases. Instead of trying to prove she is right, it would have been easier to say "shit happens" and make it right... Very surprising and weak response.
