I TRIED to give them business. We have been displaced since LAST AUGUST due to Hurricane Idalia and are finally re-dry walled, and ready for the last pieces before we move in. I called. Twice. And was willing to give them the business based on. reviews. I have 3 closets to be done. I have pics of the custom closets that we had before and said I just want it replicated. Nope. Due to the fact that I will be traveling the entire month of May, I said I could have them come out and look, measure, etc. Then just give me the quote and I'll pay immediately, as long as they are in by June 1. The girl answering the phone said I HAVE to come to Wildwood to see what they design and see it on the big screen. Basically, the big, fancy selling pitch. I again explained that I cannot do that, but they can send me drawings and I'll ok them by email. Nope. The selling pitch is REQUIRED. Seriously? I just said they had the job! Let's just skip the hard sell and move forward. Nope again. I guess business must be pretty darn good to throw away an easy sale of 3 custom closets. Don't waste your time. I'm thinking their pricing must be high if they need that kind of time to hard sell. I'll just move on - but, I hope someone from the company sees this and realizes that, especially after Covid and everyone going to Zoom selling, that they are missing a large percentage of the population that doesn't need all of that - they just need shelving. Nice shelving, yes, but not San hour drive to sell me what I was trying to already pay for. That's just a bad business plan. read more

Live in New England and did everything online and over the phone with Craig the designer. Final result is everything I expected and more. I did not want to have any additional furniture in the bedrooms other than a bed and night stand with a cozy chair. Decided to build out the 4 closets in the house. If you are interested in adding cabinets in your garage, my wife and I highly recommend Inspired Closets. We worked with Craig Stewart on a large project to install many cabinets and a workbench. Craig took the time to show us around their showroom and explained the different options available to us. He came to our house and measured our garage based on our needs and wants. Then he created computerized drawings and we sat down to go over every detail and the various choices of colors, handles, etc. He quoted what we thought, based on our own research and a visit to another cabinet maker showroom, was a reasonable price and we agreed. Craig was very responsive to calls and emails with questions. A date and time were set for installation. The 5-person crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. When completed, the team leader showed us the cabinets and explained everything to us and even pointed out some defects that were going to be corrected by ordering a new shelf and door for one set of cabinets. The team leader found some spots that were not cleaned to his satisfaction and promptly corrected that. The garage was left spotless when they were done. The defects shown to us by the team leader were corrected a week or so later. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the whole process, especially the customer service, quality of the products and quality of the workmanship. read more
