The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

I feel it is important to share my recent experience with cryo T-shock treatments at your Woodlands…read morelocation. As someone who is 5'6", weighs 138 lbs, and has a BMI of 22, I had no weight to lose and was only interested in some cellulite reduction and skin tightening. One of your technicians--who was very kind, so I will not mention her by name--recommended six cryo T-shock sessions, assuring me that this would be sufficient for the results I wanted. PHotos were taken prior, but not after the sessions as their was no improvement to document. Unfortunately, not only were these sessions ineffective, but my legs also appear worse than before. The fact remains that the six sessions did not work; you yourself acknowledged this by suggesting we "try other things" and utilize the 'new' equipment (red light therapy) at your new Timberloch location that was previously unavailable at Sawdust. This indicates that the original treatment plan may not have been the best approach for my goals. My work schedule does not allow me additional time to "try" more options or sessions that may or may not work to meet my goal; I specifically set aside time for these six sessions with the expectation they would be effective as advised. Since this has clearly not been the case, I am asking you to do the right thing and cancel the remainder of my balance with thier financial institution. After initially reaching out to address my concerns and being refused a resolution, I attempted to leave an honest review reflecting my opinion--a right that every customer should have. Instead, I discovered that I had been blocked from all your social media platforms. This response is both unprofessional and concerning, as it silences genuine customer feedback. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because your technicians were truly very nice and courteous throughout the process. However, despite their efforts, the results were unfortunately zero. In thier words via email: We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your results. At this time, your package has been fully completed, and there are no further services or adjustments available. Sincerely, Contour Body Imaging They, whoever the owner is, said my payment obligation to Cherry not Contour Body and the payment remains in place even after your treatments are completed. They said they do not have the ability to cancel or adjust those payments, and they will expect the balance to be paid according to your financing terms. While it's possible that others may be satisfied with their results, I was not. I have found it difficult to verify this since there are no before and after photos available for reference for similar treatments. I hope that Contour Body Imaging takes this feedback seriously and will reconsider how they handle any customer concerns in the future. Signed, un happy client
