My review is purely based on the rigamarole I went though trying to schedule a consult, which totally put me off of this business. Someone that was the coordinator sent me multiple messages that made zero sense, the first one looking like it was copied and pasted from the owner because she didn't know what to say. Obviously I was not supposed to see this. She told me she could not give me a price even though I hadn't had my surgery yet? Asked me four times for a $100 deposit to schedule the consultation while giving me confusing information. It seemed like was English was not the first language. The whole thing felt designed to get money and that feels icky to me. I emailed the owner again asking for clarification after this and got another message from the assistant, asking for money again. I had a lipo surgery about two years that resulted in nasty fibrosis as a common effect from lipo. I made sure to get lymphatic massages almost everyday at a different spa but I still ended up with hard lumps on my abdomen. Gave up after noticing no difference I decided to give it another shot after spotting this place in my insta. From the first session I noticed a difference. Softer tummy which is a good sign! Every session is different too, they really put the effort in targeting every little flaw. Price is very reasonable. Great customer service very attentive and organized. This place was my saving grace post op. Every single day all I looked forward to was being able to walk into this building and have my daily massage. Myra, I think was her name, was truly a blessing. I was really going through it after surgery and ended up with post op anemia, dehydration, and the blues. She comforted me when I cried unexpectedly and gave me pep talks the two times I saw her. My only issues was that it was new girls each time which sucked because I think it would've been helpful to go with the same person especially after something major like a surgery. However I understand that availability changes with each employee so I wasn't too upset because they were all lovely and helpful. read more

The manager which I don't know her name because she never introduced herself is only worried about closing her 10 massage package deal $1000. Initially I accepted but then changed my mind because I found a place that actually has their prices online (Bambu Spa) and has a ton of great reviews for a lot less in price. My experience was painful and the lady that was massaging me was like "I know it hurts but my arm hurts too when doing this, so we are both hurting" . Are you kidding me? Y muy poquito tiempo de masaje y de máquinas. Muy lindas Jorgelina, Rut, y Claudia y la otra chica creo Sonia pero la Manager Marianela no es nada agradable. Tiene un carácter muy feo. Aparte que es muy creída y según ella toma todas las desiciones pero no califica como Manager. No tiene calor humano ni educación, no es cordial, ni tampoco tiene carácter agradable. Y eso que dice; SI SEÑORA La Dueña creo no vé lo desagradable que es y he visto que la defiende. La Dueña es muy superficial y no me agradó y creo es muy religiosa. Siempre que fuí solo pone música religiosa, y muy intensa. Yo respeto todas las religiones. Pero debería un SPA ser un lugar neutral y poner música relajante de SPA. Victoria and all the ladies here are amazing and so nice! I have only been there twice post surgery to get lymphatic drainage massage but I always feel so amazing after it's finished. My doctor wants me to get massages through out the first few weeks so I'll definitely be going back. They also sell really good fajas here. These massages are seriously a must post surgery. read more

I am very disappointed with this place. I had Lipo 360/BBL in August of 2021 in Miami and came to Victoria Heavenly Spa to consult for a small section on both, my lower belly and lower back that wasn't quite touched during my procedure, there was still some fat left. I was told to get the package for 10 sessions and that I would see results right away; keep in mind, I was only wanting my lower belly and lower back worked on and nothing else. I went ahead and bought the 10 session package for $900 in November of 2021, but I was not told that they would would only accommodate to post-op patients who needed to have fluids drained ONLY, on the weekends...when I tried to explain that it was hard for me to come in during the week, the owner/manager lied straight to my face and told me they were closed weekends, so I stopped asking. I tried to complete my sessions but was only able to complete 5. In those sessions, I only received treatment from one employee that seemed to be experienced, the rest gave the impression that they needed training. Also, a mistake they made was to give medical advice. They told me initially, that what I had in my lower belly and lower back was fibrosis and/or also, a possible seroma, when in fact, it was simply fat that was not liposuctioned evenly. There were zero notes taken of what I, as a client, was having done at the time of my appointment and every time I had a different employee work on me, I had to explain all over again, the areas that I was having treated... They were not organized in keeping record of their clientele and the service being performed. I did not see results of any kind and was even insulted when I was told, I needed to work out more at the gym to have this pocket of fat dissolve faster; keep in mind once again, that this was the ONLY reason I had bought the package to this spa. I had enough and decided to cancel and get a refund on the remaining sessions. I was told I would receive $250.00 back because they wanted to charge "regular price" per session and refund the difference. I agreed because I didn't feel that it was worth to waste my time there anymore when I wasn't seeing results. They decided to only refund me $180.00 and when I called back to ask for an explanation several times, no one responded and if I am not mistaken, I could say, my number was blocked since they use a google number... That is beyond the point. I would not pay anything upfront ever again until I sign a contract explaining a policy. There was only a verbal agreement here which is the reason for this mess. You can't win with such unprofessionalism. read more

I was told they would give me a price at the consultation, sounded fishy already. Mind you I had 7 post op massages already, no fibrosis or Seromas, healing very well, but I was tight and had fluid, which is normal for being 11 days postop. They charged me $180 for the most painful massage I've ever had in my life. Why so expensive when most places in Houston avg $120 per massage? I was desperate to get some fluids off since it had been a few days since my last massage so I agreed to it. She reopened one of my wounds behind my arm to drain Fl trapped fluid she said. I told her that's a risk of infection since I am 11 days post op and my wound has healed. Also the second masseuse I saw in Miami did not need to reopen any of my wounds. After going back and forth I said ok, she reopened one side and realized there wasn't much fluid coming out so she did not do the other side. When asking the therapist to lower her pressure she kept repeating "not a lot of pressure--you tight", "it's good for you" she barely spoke English. I was literally tearful and moaning during the whole massage. I've had post op massages by two other masseuses prior to her and I know it does not have to be that painful to be effective and as a nurse I know it should not hurt excruciatingly the way it did. And yes I did take Tylenol one hour prior to going. Some pain is good but this was like torture. She left me with the oils all over me as she left the room to get a foam one piece wrap to come sell to me. I said I would think about it. Oh also during the massage, she would yell out the room for the secretary and they would open the door and have a full conversation in Spanish with the door open while I was on my belly, naked. At least respect the customer enough and give me some privacy for the time I paid for. It was an awful experience! I will never return and will not recommend anyone going there for services. Since then, I've found a way better place for my lymphatic massages, Bambu Spa & Massage, they let you know what they are doing to you and they also listen to the customers feedback. The massage hurt but it was a tolerable pain, overall 10x better than this place! read more

Very professional and clean, Cathy and Mayra have been doing my massages, and they are both so great! They both listened to me about areas I felt needed more attention and when I needed to rest! My son and I just went and had a lovely experience. Victoria is so nice and accomodating. Carolina speaks English and is so sweet and helpful. It is an extremely long drive for us, but we will be teturning. The spa offers wonderful beauty and health treatments, such as pressotherapy suit and ultratone pafs for lymph drainage. We were even given very helpful budget help as well. Though it is predominantly Spanish speaking, the customer service here was over the top. Five stars indeed! read more

8 sessions for $950.00 !!! dollars. If you want to give them a try for 1 session is $120.00. I know I was one the easiest cases I didn't have to get drainage and had over 15 massages done in another spa before I got to this place. The place is nice. The owner is nice until she needs the money. I felt she was very money hungry and her personality was way too fake and not genuine. Not to mention the price was THE HIGHEST one I got from many places in Houston I got quotes from.
