Do not recommend this business Screen Mobile of Scottsdale/Central Phoenix. Screens are less than…read morea year old and still under warranty. Screws in a large window had no anchors and no longer held to the window. This was discovered by the professional window washer I hired to do my windows. The screws needed an anchor and more screws due to the size of the window. I contacted Screen mobile and was told that because they did not remove the screen the only way they would replace the screws and add an anchor was if I paid for a technician to come out at the cost of $148 . No where in the contract nor the warranty information did it state that to have my windows washed Screen mobile would have to remove and the reset the screen at the cost of $148 each step. They kept on saying that the professional window washer was at fault. I have used this gentleman for over 24 years in three homes all which had sun screens with no issues present prior to this occasion. At my previous homes I used an independent man whose card I misplaced. Wish now that I would have looked harder. The screens where almost $3.0K and Screen mobile won't come out and replace screws and put in anchors. No way to build customer referrals and loyalty that is for sure. Email to corporation in Chandler resulted in being ghosted. Stay away from this business and look for an independent who will stand behind their work.

First red flag was the required purchase price paid upfront. We were told the blinds would be ready and installed within 6-8 weeks. Instead, the process dragged on for months. We repeatedly had to request updates, and it ultimately took about five months before the blinds were finally installed. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. When installation finally happened, several blinds were missing, some were measured incorrectly, and certain equipment had not even been ordered yet. We were told these issues would be corrected quickly within a few weeks. Instead, several more months passed with the same pattern of delays, vague text messages, and no meaningful progress. After nearly 12 months of trying to resolve the situation, we finally attempted to pursue the matter through small claims court, but the installer could no longer be located for service and would not return phone calls. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. We are out thousands of dollars and deeply regret hiring this company. My advice to anyone considering this installer is to stay away and find someone else. Beware.

While the other companies delivered quality work, TFT installed a defective curtain rod that would not allow the privacy drapes they installed over our glass patio doors to close properly. We complained appropriately. Owner Eugene Tondre assured us that a new rod had "been ordered" and would be here "in two weeks" but it never arrived. This went on for more than six months. Finally, we had to hire a new company to install a brand new rod at a cost of more than a thousand dollars. I made the mistake of using their measurements to order blinds for some windows. It was a total loss. What irritates me is that, prior or purchasing blinds, the 3 Day Blinds representative said, "Those measurements I measured will work. I measured for inside mount." i Took his work and ordered. He later came back and said, "Just my measurements will be off occasionally by like a quarter inch here or there but that's why I have all my orders remeasured by a tech." he also said, "Those would work for PRICING only." At no point did he make any of those caveats prior! Needless to say, it feels like they sabotaged me for not ordering with them. I lost over $2,000 because of this!
