Hydie and Timothy were a delight to work with. We had two ceiling fans we needed installed in our home so I looked around for a handyman or electrician and Timothy's name came up in one of our neighborhood forums, from neighbors who have had positive experiences with him. I reached out via text message and Hydie quickly responded and helped me with scheduling a time. They're a busy team of two and were booked out pretty far but were reasonably priced and great with communicating so we decided to go with them even though there would be a wait. Luckily, there was a cancellation and Hydie was able to schedule us sooner! They arrived right on time the day of and got to working right away. There was a bit of a hiccup with our second ceiling fan and the way the wiring had been set up so Timothy had to spend extra time on it. We appreciate him making sure everything was working properly! I read tons of comments from fellow moms in the group recommending Hydie and Timothy's company for a few months now. I have had a lightning issue in the upstairs kids room for a while, but didn't cave on having someone repair it until recently when 6 of our recessed lights stopped working, when my toddler started walking and trying to make his way downstairs and needed baby gates installed, and a broken drawer that got yanked out by my toddler needed to be fixed. Timothy arrived on time, was very professional, and friendly. He got straight to work and fixed everything above my expectations. He even came back with a vacuum at the end and cleaned up any mess that was made from his repair and installations on the ceiling and walls. The fierce Santa Ana winds blew my gate and fence down last month. I reached out to Hydie to get a quote and set up an appointment for the repair. Unfortunately, the winds did not just blow down my gate and fence, others wanted their stuff repaired also.
