I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. I had to place a 50% deposit of which I was fine with. The owner assured me that they did good work. They printing for roughly 100 shirts was done within a week or two. I checked the merchandize and everything was good. Second time was a different. I order 150 shirts. We haggled on the rate. Again, he assured me that the shirt will be good. A week later, i receive the shirts. I trusted the owner so i didn't check his work. My mistake. The work was not good. Some of the shirts were missing logos on the back. Also they fail to include 5 shirts. I found out when it was too late and they refuse to correct the order. All i wanted was the five shirts they fail to include. I tried to be polite and they refuse to own up to their mistake. They gave me excuses saying it was their company policy. I gave the owner good business and he couldn't print me out 5 more shirt. The whole time I worked with the owner and he couldn't even give me a break. Even when I told him it was for charity he didn't want to fix mistakes. I wouldn't work with him again and I don't recommend any one should. If you do choose to work with him. Double check his work. Better yet, triple check everything. They won't embroider shirts unless you order at least 12, even though we said we would pay whatever they wanted. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive of our business. I would not ever return. My fiancé has known Donald Leonetti and family for years and he felt very insulted by the entire process. He has been using Lionetti graphics for 18 years and has collaborated on multiple large scale jobs, including this year and now no one seems interested in working with us as a paying customer. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
