The dealership failed to give me the second key when I purchased my car. They ordered it and after 3 trips to Beaver Chevrolet Service and waiting over 5 hours they couldn't get the key to program. They called Instant Keys and had a technician come to my house. He was fabulous. He was finished in 10 minutes and the key worked perfectly. We also warned me the dealership had left a tab on my key containing a code that could allow anyone to copy it if they wanted to. He was not only very efficient but nice enough to be concerned about my safety and not allowing potential thieves access to my car. If I ever need a key made, I'd definitely call them. read more

Somehow, somewhere, resides my original key fob for my Ford Focus...it is still MIA! My spare key fob decided to take a vacation and stop working. This meant I could use it to manually lock my door and start my engine, but couldn't enable the alarm. Sooooo....you know what that means - time to call around for a new key fob. After several calls to various shops around Jax, I decided to try out Instant Keys. So very, very glad I did! When I first drove up, I was kind of nervous. Off Highway Ave, between Luna and Cassat, it looked kind of like a relatively large warehouse type of building. I walk inside. I was immediately greeted, looked around at a spacious waiting type area, and a couple of counters, and just a few employees. After explaining this fiasco to a young woman, I was immediately given the price and they got to work! In less than 15 minutes, I had my new key fob, a new key ring (they have some awesome ones for sale), and a spare house key. I was so relieved to have this problem resolved - and so quickly. I lost my spare key to my 2016 Nissan frontier. Called Orange park Nissan and they wanted $75 for the key and $250 to program. That`s crazy. Then called Greenway Nissan and they wanted $45 for the key and $165 to program. That`s insane. Called Instant Keys and they told me $50 for the key and programming. That was reasonable. Went there this morning. Gave Eric my Original key. He was back in 10 minutes with the duplicate key that he already programmed. Started vehicle with it to ensure it worked and off I went. Dang Instant Keys! Back at it again with the world star customer service! Is there anything you guys can't do? (That's car related) Alright folks, this is my second time dealing with these people. First time my husband lost his keys and they came to our house and made us three keys just in case. Quick, affordable and astounding customer service. Now today, my cars ignition has decided to be like Gandalf and not let any of my keys pass through. Gave these guys a call and I had to bring it to their location to work on it. Got to meet everyone there bright and early on a Monday morning, and boy is this a great bunch. They are personable and professional. Their lounge area has THE ABSOLUTE BEST COMFY COUCHES I'VE EVER SAT IN! The lady who answered the phone was excellent, very polite, nice customer service. They're open until 5:30 pm on Friday- exactly what I needed. I walked in and 1 guy was in the office and on the phone- but he greeted me anyway and said be with you in a minute (that's rare, most offices people are on the phone and never even look up!). The moment his coworker saw me he came out and asked how he could help. Got the machine, programmed 2 fobs fairly quickly- for some reason these 2 fobs caused a little issue...but he got it done for a very fair price. if I could let everyone in Jax know about Instant Keys I would. read more
