Great service, on the phone and when I went to the shop. Could not be more pleased with how they focused on customer service. They do house calls for unlocking cars, change the locks on your doors, make keys and just about every service a locksmith provides. True story, I tried a "verified" business on one of the apps, only to get completely scammed by a locksmith. Since that time I have been asking around and a few of my friends said "Pierre on Sunbeam" and that was the right answer. From the time I first spoke to them on the phone, they made me aware of what the maximum cost would be to get me a new key FOB. There was a caveat that they needed to see the car to make sure, which is exactly what I did. And from the time I entered, to the time my parts were ready, they were professional, proficient and honest. Want to know something else, the price they quoted me was more than what they charged. The owner simply said, "it did not take me as long as I thought". But that is not even the best part - I had a latch on my center console he fixed and later texted me the repair part I needed with the caption "when it comes in, I will put it in for you". Also, they have a cool in store set up with lanyards, hidden key boxes, fake rocks to hide hidden keys, color coded keys and lots other cool gadgets. I lost my car keys at the beach. Had my car towed to the dealership thinking it was my only option at that point. Dealership quoted me $600 and a week's wait for a new key. I called Pierres because I found them on Yelp. Their guy met my husband at dealership, popped open my car so we could get the registration out and I had emergency keys within an hour. Pierres told my husband about a website to buy the key w the remote fo $49. Once we're all done with this it will cost around $250. $250 vs $600 is a no brainer!!!!! read more

Pierre Lock Shop has a workshop. I had a personal safe that I had lost a key for and took it to his shop. He made 2 keys for it. Cost me $12. That was it! Other locksmiths dont have a shop and have to come to you. Therefore a charge just for showing up. Then they have a minimum of $85 on top of that even if small personal safe. And when you call, you get an answering service that they will locate a "locksmith". But they will require your address. Are you aware that anyone can claim they are a locksmith in FL? FL doesn't require locksmiths to be licensed. So you are giving your address to who knows, letting them know you have a safe in your house. Scary. Pierre Lock shop is the only locksmith I would highly recommend. read more

Pierre's Lock shop is a life saver!! My 22yr old daughter was on her way to the hospital to see her bf at 12am when she stopped for gas and her doors locked automatically when she shut them. I called them just minutes before closing with an urgent issue with my car key fob. It was 91 degrees outside, I was parked in the hot sun in a car with a pushbutton start that was not responding to the key fob. Pushbutton start vehicles do not have the ability to be started with a key, so I was well and truly stuck. Please note that I had not purchased the fob from them, I was just in a desperate situation and the local Buick dealership told me they were backed up and could not help me for 7-10 days! I had just heard someone recommending Pierre's, so I called them. They quickly told me that they would send someone, and told me what the expected charges would be. The technician, Flip, showed up quickly and with a smile on his face and a calm, reassuring demeanor that really helped to relieve my stress. He was pleasant and professional and was able to quickly solve the issue without having to reprogram the fob and to give me some tips on what to do if a similar problem occurs in the future. In the end, he did not charge me the price that had been quoted to me because he felt that the issue was resolved so quickly and easily that it was not warranted. Having just returned from an unexpected trip out of state to take care of my 85 year old mother who had fractured her neck in a fall, and having to replace an expensive tire that was damaged on the trip, I was so very grateful for his ethics and compassion. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and bought a new transponder key on Amazon. I was unable to use any of the YouTube methods and messaged Pierre about programming my transponder key. He gave me some written instructions of how to do it myself, but he said if that didn't work, he had the programmer. It turns out this car has to have the programmer. At the store on Sunbeam, Greg got it programmed in just a few minutes. The cost was a fraction of what the dealer charged. The guy came to rekey me after I lost my key and having a ruff day. After spending 2 hours with me he discovers that it's not working and says he has to leave to go to the shop for another key. I then reply and ask if I could use the key that doesn't work to stay warm in my car while I wait for them to come back. They refused, which they also tried to charge me $125 for a key that did not work. So, they left me in the cold at my car waiting for them to return. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They have cold hearted people working for them.
