These people are ultra reliable I've needed them several times never had to wait. John is a Master Locksmith I am always amazed to watch him work. This father and son duo are phenomenal! They helped me out with a Rekey several years ago and this time they were just as sincere, full of integrity and professionalism as I can remember from my first encounter. Called them because they were a 24/7 local company and I like to support small business when I can. My keys were locked in my car at work at 2AM. Call went to voicemail, so I left a message. They never returned my call! So either they have more business than they can handle and don't need mine, or they are slack. Either way, I ended up calling someone else who actually answered the call and was there in 30mins read more

The manager was so sweet and kind. She offered to help me with my automatic garage door opener as the keypad was not communicating with the unit in the garage. 15 minutes on the phone and she asks me to flip my breaker and sure enough it worked. I didn't even realize we had a brown out earlier that day. She went out of her way to help. Lovely people at J and J. read more

My garage door would not close because one of the cables had come off the pulley, and they responded very quickly late on a Friday evening when I really needed help. The technician was extremely friendly, professional, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and I want to be very fair about that. He showed me that the grooves in my pulleys were almost gone, which made sense since they are more than 20 years old, and he also pointed out that the cables were starting to wear. He recommended replacing both pulleys and cables rather than simply putting the cable back on, especially since the same issue could easily happen again soon. He also noted that my rollers were wearing out, and when I asked about replacing those too, he even contacted his manager and got that price reduced. So to be clear, I was not forced into any of these repairs. I agreed to them because, given the age of the parts and the fact that my garage door would not close, it seemed like the most practical decision at the time. My frustration is with the total cost. I understand that emergency evening service comes at a premium, and I also understand that I made the final decision to approve the work. But after everything was done, I looked up the cost of the parts themselves -- the rollers, cables, and pulleys -- and found that they can be purchased for under $100 total. That was incredibly disappointing to discover after paying more than $1,200 for the work. I do not work on garage doors myself because I am very cautious about the springs and the tension involved, which is why I chose to call a professional. Since it was late on a Friday and my garage door would not close, I decided to move forward with the repairs rather than spend time researching costs. Afterward, when I looked up the price of the parts and saw how low they were, I was extremely disappointed and came away feeling like I had been charged far more than was reasonable, especially since technician completed the work was done in about 90 minutes. So overall, this review is two-sided: the technician and the service experience were excellent, and I truly appreciated the fast response and friendly professionalism. But I am very disappointed in the pricing, and that is what leaves a bad overall feeling for me.

They always called 20-30 mins before their arrival window and sent a text with the photo of the person coming. A tech came out and examined our door and gave us some options that were reasonably priced. He was very professional and polite. On the day we scheduled the guy parked outside of the garage, introduced him then walked around the garage checking out what he'd need to do to install our new door and opener. He thanked us for clearing out the space so he could work and told us that it would take about 3.5 to 4 hours to complete everything. He stated he does two of these a day and ours was the second. Ok. Then he got to work. We offered water and a fan since it was a very hot day but he said he was prepared and thanked us. He was done in exactly the amount of time he said he would. I was amazed. A week out and the door and opener is so much quieter. Thanks Precision!

Was referred to these guys by Beach Motorsports because they said, "We have ALL of our bikes worked on by John of J&J Locksmith". I called and got John, came out and within 30 mins probably less he cut a new key from scratch and "presto" I was fixed! Here's was the problem - I locked my keys in the trunk of my 2007 Yamaha Majesty YP400 Maxi-Scooter. I not only locked my key but ALL of my keys in that trunk. Well, after 3 other locksmiths 2 that actually came out to my bike, 1 was a no-show, all seemed just giggle lock picks for 40 mins to an hour....no results. John showed, went to work on my gas cap that fits the same key, pulled it apart and made a key on the spot that fit the ignition which unlocks the trunk. Not just professional, not just courteous but knows what he's doing. I would and am going to refer John of J&J Locksmith to anyone and EVERYONE! Well done John!! Thanks man! read more

I have to say that they are a life saver. Not only were they less expensive than EVERYONE else I called ( I called more than 15 companies ) but they had better service. Instead of trying to force me in to buying a whole new ignition at dealership prices, they repaired the one I had and it works great now! I am going to have them come out and do some more work for me because I was so happy with the service and expertise. AWESOME- GREAT SERVICE My family and I were visiting Jacksonville from Atlanta, and were at Kathryn Hanna State Park and I lost my keys in the ocean. I called the first locksmith that came up on my phone- Complete scam!! Said it would cost $120. Guy came out in a mini van with no warkings and said it would be $400. I am not ignorant I knew it was a scam. told him "NO". Called J&J and John said that happens all the time. I told him my needs he quoted me a price that he said he WOULD NOT CHANGE. I called them on New Year's Eve because my car keys went missing after a long flight. They told me the price and told me they wouldn't be able to make it out until New Year's Day. Perfectly fine. With a turn of events, they called me and informed me that someone canceled and they could make it out the same day.
