Absolutely top tier service I had four new tires mounted on wheels off the car, with a tricky, custom drilled TPMS setup. The service rep, Wade, got it done without a problem Later, i had a flat tire, and Wade replaced the tire, free, and did a diagnosis to make sure there was no wheel issue. This was all done in my own driveway thanks to the mobile service To top it off, i had purchased the wrong TPMS sensors entirely and had to replace them. This required pulling four wheels, dismounting tires, swapping sensors, and re-programming the whole deal. Somehow got a screw in our brand new set of tires on our BMW X3. Literally the tires are 2 weeks old! I realized my tires were toast (one in particular) and I didn't want to drive to a tire shop or install the spare. I bought tires on tirerack.com which arrived in 2 days. Premier quoted me $160 for the install when I called earlier in the week, so about $60-70 more than local places. I called right when the tires were delivered and they were able to get me scheduled for the following day "mid-morning". They ended up arriving after noon, which was fine but a call would have been nice. My wife was home during the install and said the guy was nice. I watched briefly on the security cameras and the guy definitely knew about the special jack points for a Tesla, which I was a tiny bit nervous about. If the car is jacked in the wrong spot it could damage the $$$ battery. When it was time for payment he asked for $180. My wife texted me to confirm and I told her I was quoted $160 out the door. They ended up only charging the quoted $160 but that was annoying. My biggest gripe, and the only reason I deducted one star, is because of the tire pressures. He didn't mention anything about needing them to be adjusted, but when I got home I checked on a whim anyway. Recommended tire pressure for the car is 45psi. The tires were measured (by both an analog gauge and the TPMS system) at 41, 35, 33, and 36psi. Not only were all of them under filled, they were all over the place. My 120V plug-in compressor worked for about 15 minutes filling the tires. I'm not sure if time is the reason he didn't adjust them properly, but overall I don't think that was right. RV tire emergency En route to Burning Man we had a tire blow out then discovered our spare had a nail in it ! We soon learned that regular tire stores do not carry RV sized tires - especially for an old model RV from the 1970s. Wade from dispatch told us that he could source the tires and that an installer would arrive with two tires for us in two hours. Our installer Robert called on his way, arrived early and was very friendly. He showed us that our borrowed RV had brittle tires from 2005 that were all at risk to blow. I recently purchased some wheels and tires from Tirerack.com and selected one of their recommended installers, let's call them IceWater. I had brought McGard nuts also to install at same time, which specifically states not to use power tools during the install as well as use a thin wall socket to avoid damage to the wheels, it's a tight fit. I told this to both the person helping me and the manager of IceWater. Apparently IceWater thinks they know better and ignore my request. They use a power tool and proceed to damage the paint around the lug holes...pretty much all of them. I complain about this and they didn't think it was a big deal, nobody will see it, it's just part of the installation. I wasn't having it and voiced my perspective which didn't end well for them. I go back to Tirerack and they saw it my way as well. I then selected Premier Mobile Tire for the replacement wheels that IceWater bought me. Wade was a pleasure to deal with and did everything the right way. If you have a car you love and like things to be perfect then Premier Mobile is the way to go, plus he come's to you, a real bonus if you value your time. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic.
