(1:20 PM) I Came here because we got a flat tire. When we first arrived, Spiked hair guy told us it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. That's not a problem. After an hour of waiting I went to the counter and The woman in a red hoodie behind the desk told us that we were "next". Ok great. Apparently we weren't because the other two people that went up after us were also "next". I'm not sure if she knows the definition of the word or not, but what I do know is that I will not be coming here again. It's 3:20PM , still waiting with our car in the parking lot, untouched. Update: (3:30 PM) they put my car on a jack in the parking lot. Wheels are still on the car.... At this point I don't care how it gets done, as long as it gets done. Recently changed owner!!! New owner with red hair and tattoos is extremely unhelpful and substantially jacked up the price that I had been quoted less than a month ago. I have 2 cars and wanted 8 new tires. Had 1 car done. They sold the business on the 1st of the year. So I didn't get the other car done here dude was rude as hell and said that tariffs had increased the price back in November. David had quoted me a completely different price only couple weeks ago in mid December for getting all 8 tires. I came by this place to hopefully get my tire patched after I noticed it flat with a screw in it. There wasn't really any communication regarding price or anything until it was time to pay other than asking me if a tire looked fine from a picture on the guy's phone. He was on his phone from the time I got there until he left lol so there really wasn't much ability to ask questions but apparently I needed a new tire instead of just a patch. Okay cool. So he has the other guy finish up for me and takes off. The guy finishing my tire asks me where I want my spare tire? I asked him if he can put it back on where it goes and he said he didn't know how???? I said okayyy do you know of anywhere around here that I can take it to be put back on because I was about to travel back home and didn't have room for a tire in my trunk. He basically said he didn't know but he was sure if I took it somewhere they could help me.... But for some reason he couldn't help me even though I just bought a tire from them. Cool. I called Les Schwab and it was a 2 hour wait so I still have a tire in my trunk two days later. Overall it was kind of an unprofessional experience but the price was good and the initial guy helping me was nice... other than being on the phone with someone else for our entire interaction. read more

I would give zero stars if I could, I bought 4 brand new tires from this place back in July 2022 for around 700$. Now the older man who I understood was the owner because that's what I was told was great nice very professional great customer service, he told me the tires came with 35,000 roadside warranty, which was great because I do not purchase tires that don't have a warranty so I was informed as long as I kept up on my rotations and maintenance of the tires if they go bad it will be replaced. I come in the give me a new tire and they send the tire from my truck back and they get Reimbursed. So one of my tires had got two hole in it took it back here they plug it for me great that's fine. Well the plug is not working now my tire is leaking air and fast so I go back today to get the tire changed out. I pull up and get out I talk to the two men standing there, one a red head who I know is the son I tell him what's goin on and about the warranty I have he off top shuts that down like that's not how it works, so I'm my head I'm like he on bs cause that is what I was told when I spent 700$ so I ask for the owner the older guy the dude like I'm the owner he works for me. Like ok well. So the other tire dude tried to plug it it's not working the so called owner is not there does not come back in to see if it was fixed nothing now I have to go get a new tire somewhere because I will not give this place another dime red boy messed that all up with the rudeness and not trying to help. I've always gone to Americas tires but they have always messed up with something. My dad told me he came here last week got two sets of tires and rims for his truck and our other car and told me to check it out. Let me just say I called David and he told me to come check them out and he could get me some tires for half the price. So, of course I had to come! Came at 9 he was very nice to me and started working on my car in seconds! The customer service was very good! I waited about 40 minutes and I have no complaints. Paid $270 out the door and I noticed a HUGE difference when I drove off. I am very satisfied with them and I'll be coming back for my free rotations and tire needs! read more

I first came to this business under the previous ownership several years ago and I was so impressed with them I had sent my father back to purchase tires for his boat trailer. When I returned in March 2020 to purchase a new set of rims, I learned it had just changed ownership the guy seemed decent so I went through with the purchase. I was even able to finance through a company they work with, relatively easy application and same as cash pay off within a little over 3 months otherwise yeah interest like any line of credit that's not nice. I've been back multiple times since, as Sac roads suck and I'm now notorious for having tires fixed and even rim repair. The staff at Tire & Wheel Zone have always been thorough and legit.
