I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee in January 2019. It hadn't been professional cleaned since March 2019. I stopped gettting it detailed locally in Wilkes-Barre because I had no means of transportation during the detailing. I felt embarrassed anytime someone got into my car, but it was so inconvenient with my life/schedule... You could never imagine the filth and caked-on dirt from my daily life of shuttling 2 teenagers around, transporting 4 dogs to parks and pet stores, enjoying my retirement lifestyle all while maintaining my household. In December, I took a trip to Fairfield, CT and came across his business. When I contacted Dylan via Facebook, he was professional and responded in a timely manner. I told him I was visiting from out of town and would get a rental car to use while he had it because it was out of control and I couldn't take it anymore. He offered to pick up my Jeep from my hotel when I had turned in for the night. I ordered the full package, so my filthy Jeep took about 5 hours. He returned it to the hotel parking lot, left my keys in the console and locked it. When I woke up and ran down to my Jeep like it was Christmas, I was speechless! It smelled new! It looked amazing inside and out! My sealed window treatment was reflecting the rain like he said. I could see my reflection in every angle of the car. The leather was glistening and every dog paw print was gone! Every inch of my car had been touched, cleaned and polished by this detailing guru!!! I recommend this business for all of your car detailing needs! Unfortunately, I'm moving to another state in June and I'll be missing 2 things: Philly cheesesteaks and Dylan's Auto Detailing!

They always did a good job before, but this time they even had trouble opening the hood. I'll have to investigate further. It's late on a Saturday, too late to do anything and I work late during the week. Hopefully my car won't break down. Update: the car stalled and started getting noisy. I checked the oil and there was none. It apparently all leaked out. The car was fine before the oil change. I had the car towed back to Splash and will be going there in the morning. Update: I went down the next morning and spoke with Elmer, the manager of the store that was on duty at the time and he took it into the bay immediately and found the problem was that the technician who did the oil change did not seat oil filter correctly so the oil was spraying out. He refunded me the price of the oil change and he's also asking me to provide the paperwork from the towing so that he could refund that cost. So everything worked out in the end and they have my faith back.

I didn't even realize till I drive away, still…read moredirt on the middle on my hood. one guy vacuuming did ok on the passenger side and the other guy did terrible on the driver side and my truck wasn't even dirty, they could've wiped the dust. at the end the fans couldn't even dry because the guy hopped in and almost spun my tires to get it out and they weren't even busy. The car wash itself is mostly automated. A worker pulls the car into the tunnel and gets out and then the conveyor belt takes over. After the car comes out of the tunnel a swarm of workers cleans the windows and the tires. Unfortunately, the exterior of the car still had plenty of dirt and water spots on it. See photos. The workers clean the interior of the windows but they got over-spray on the dashboard. I pointed this out but they didn't do a good job of wiping it up. It's cold. It's February! And they are obviously immigrants working at a very low-paying job, so I feel sorry to give the business a low rating. It's not the worker's fault.
