After they apologized for missing my first email, they stopped responding after a few back and fourth emails when I provided them with design detail details for a quote they requested. If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. A couple of things to know: - for $26, the Ultimate Wash is the way to go. It takes care of most of the most stubborn dirt & grime spots. You can pay with cash or card. - I will leave it up to you to decide if a monthly car wash plan is for you or not. Personally I think the Ultimate Wash holds its own for up to a month on most cars. Staff is always great here. Not pushy at all. Shine Time does a better job than some of the smaller stand alone car wash bays you might see at a gas station, which are around $20 but leave more soap & grime on your car. Best part of Shine Time: the free vacuum service after your wash, and the free towels, glass cleaner, and all purpose cleaners to give your car that little extra shine. (This) added value alone is worth a few bucks, but it's included with your wash! No need to tip any crew as it's self serve. The wash can be tricky to get to, as the access & signage on Main St is adjacent to Merritt Canteen - but go too far and you're likely on Vanguard St & having to make a u turn by Galaxy Diner. Also, Mayor Ganim's pothole-filled roads are a mess and make getting here a bit of an adventure, so if you're coming southbound, proceed with care so you don't blow out an axle or tire.
