Worst car wash I've ever gotten from there today. I didn't even realize till I drive away, still dirt on the middle on my hood. one guy vacuuming did ok on the passenger side and the other guy did terrible on the driver side and my truck wasn't even dirty, they could've wiped the dust. at the end the fans couldn't even dry because the guy hopped in and almost spun my tires to get it out and they weren't even busy. Never again. I paid $33 for the works and it wasn't worth $3. read more

I'm truly disappointed in the level of service. It's true that I didn't wait long for my car to be serviced, but the cleaners didn't do a very thorough job. The car wash itself is mostly automated. A worker pulls the car into the tunnel and gets out and then the conveyor belt takes over. After the car comes out of the tunnel a swarm of workers cleans the windows and the tires. Unfortunately, the exterior of the car still had plenty of dirt and water spots on it. See photos. The workers clean the interior of the windows but they got over-spray on the dashboard. I pointed this out but they didn't do a good job of wiping it up. It's cold. It's February! And they are obviously immigrants working at a very low-paying job, so I feel sorry to give the business a low rating. It's not the worker's fault. read more

These guys do a great job and at a great price. They get you in and out quickly. Quick to offer any upgrades on parts but be careful sometimes they try to over sell you on stuff. The car wash is hands down the best car wash around. They leave your car clean and do the small places most car washes forget. They get the door jams and so inside your trunk as well. The car wash goes with the pile change so it is a good deal. While you are waiting they have all the extras as well. Gotta get the new car smell tree and other items to keep your car looking clean. read more

If I could give MINUS ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY NEGATIVE stars--one for each dollar I was overcharged for the SUB-PAR detail (generous description for even the average $50 basic cleaning and wax--and also exactly what I received 2 hours later, just prior to obtaining two fresh towels with cleaner with which I had to DETAIL MY OWN CAR for 30 minutes after having ALREADY PAID because the detail guys 'didn't get it' and their manager refused to compensate me in any way, despite having WATCHED ME scrub my own car in the detail area) and what was probably the most grossly mismanaged customer service situation I've ever found myself in--I'd perhaps give 40 stars back MERELY because I feel badly for the guys who work for this absolute JOKE of business (they're not BBB accredited and rated a 1 out of 5 on the BBB site...I know this because I have just filed a complaint) and deplorable excuse for a manager. This guy refused to issue a proper credit or even partial refund--just a business card with his first name illegibly written on it and "good for one interior detail" This after yelling at me that it's MY fault for paying first (!!!!!!) and not telling him sooner, he grabbed the then-fully soiled towels out of my hand (evidence) and threw them into the receptacle. I am particularly disappointed because I had come here previously for many basic cleanings and even bought my father a gift certificate for Christmas last year (yet they apparently no longer sell or honor these). As I work in the service industry myself, I am also extremely sensitive to the importance of giving proper gratuities but please--no one deserves so little for so much. If you take anything away from this review, let it be this: Never ever ever make the mistake that I just have. That is, do NOT pay for any service (plus TIP!!! I took my car for a wash and I ordered "The works" for $30 and I had to have my car washed twice and vacuumed twice and they still missed dirt and the carpet and they didn't even touch my cup-holders. The car was still full of grease on the tail , by the trunk. This is my third time going here, and they keep doing a horrible job. For that price and I even left a big tip... last time here! I went to change the oil in the car, a Puerto Rican gentleman touched me, everything was wrong, I had to travel for the better, I gave him the change and he didn't change the oil, he told me that the engine filter was bad, we paid 34 dollars, I left it open, everything was wrong, it was thrown on me to lose the car in the middle of the trip I had to take it to a mechanic and I check the oil, never is nothing of what he told us, transmission oil is not the worst either, do not go, I do not recommend it because of him, I had to spend on a tow truck and a mechanic. read more

My brother recommended this place to me. The gentleman who initially took in my request was professional and explained the different oil options. I got a full synthetic blend and car wash for $65 i believe which I thought was a good deal since I don't drive my car often. The wait area is spacious and you're able to see the mechanics work and your car get washed all under AC. They have plenty of car smell options and additional cleaning accessories which was nice. I ended up buying a new steering wheel cover since the one that was originally put on the car looked worn. I'm giving this place a 4 stars because although the mechanics were all super friendly and communicative the cashier was a bit standoffish. read more

DO NOT bring your car here. They punctured a hole in my leather seat when they were cleaning the inside. When we brought it to the managers attention right away and he said it wasn't their fault and it was there prior. It was not. He offered to show my husband the cameras, which were obviously pointless since there isn't a camera inside our truck to see it happen. He said "I don't see him poking a hole" the camera showed 2 men get in our truck. One to vacuum, and one sat on the seat to clean the inside windshield. I went here for an oil change and they put everything wrong in my car. I should have noticed it was going to get worse when I left and still did not have washer fluid when it said it was filled but when a week later and my car was showing signs that it was going to overheat. I had my mechanic look at it and he told me that i had the wrong coolant in my car. I returned to VIP and was told there was nothing that they can do I had to get it flushed. I called to speak to a manager and the manager would not even get on the phone with me, then he said he didn't have time. The issues didn't stop there. I had the coolant flushed and found out the wrong oil was being used, air filters were worn out and many other things, mind you called again and the manager still would not speak to me. The sad thing is I have found out that I am not the only one they have done this to and screwed up many cars and do not care. The manager they have there should not be running the place if he does not know how to handle customers. They should not have people working on cars that do not know what they are doing, now I had to come out of pocket hundreds of dollars for an oil change all because someone did not care about there job and others around them dont either. Today I came in for a wash and requested service to clean my interior (floormats, windows, etc.); this is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. Initially, the man backs my truck into a plastic cone, scratching my running boards; meanwhile, the truck has 360 cameras. After 75 minutes, I get my truck covered in some greasy conditioner on every inch. Clean leather isn't shiny, and the plastic on my Chevy didn't deserve to be covered in grease so slippery I can't get it off. Its an oil change. Please.... Nothing really technical that requires the most talented mechanic. Most people can do it themselves. But, getting an oil change here, you must navigate the gauntlet of up-charges and unnecessary recommendations. They always recommend synthetic oil, or your car WILL DIE on the road. Since they don't have tow truck to charge you, conventional oil is not recommended. More importantly, THEY LOVE CHANGING FILTERS!!!!! Oil filter, engine air filter, cabin filter... If there is filter that exists in your car they will recommend changing it. And they make it sounds like your car will DIE ON THE ROAD IF YOU DON'T CHANGE YOUR CABIN AIR FILTER. please....just serve the customers and let them go...without holding them hostage to FILTERS. I get PTSD everytime I go there cause I get approached and harassed about the FILTERS.... Overall, their car wash service is good to me, and getting a free car wash with oil change plus or minus - upcharges - fully synthetic oil, oil filter, cabin filter, engine filter, other filters, wiper blades, begging, harassing, disapproving stares, in the end may or may not be worthwhile for some.... Note: This review is for their oil change service which is terrible. The car wash is the best in the area but the oil change guys either don't know what they are doing or they don't care. I don't know which is worse. I brought my car here for an oil change for the first time since I normally do it on my own. Firstly, they have a very stiff strong-arm approach to up-selling non-vital services. When I advised them that I was not interested in paying for synthetic oil for my station car, they made it seem like I was being too dense to understand what I dumb decision I was making. They even tried to say that their basic oil is "recycled", so basically "you'll be sorry" if you don't pay extra. I politely declined. Then they went to work on selling me changing of all the filters including the cabin air filter. Since I never had the cabin filter changed before, I said sure. Well, what happened was that in removing the cabin filter which is done through the glove box, they BROKE a fan part behind the dash. I didn't realize it at the time because my car cycles from fresh to recirculated air by itself. When the A/C switched over after driving it the a few days later, the car made a racket. I checked online and sure enough, there were tons of posts from people who said that if you go to cheap oil change places, their "technicians" don't know that the A/C needs to be set appropriately BEFORE removing the filter. Otherwise, damage is almost guaranteed. Some people ended up paying thousands because it required a lot of labor to remove the dash to make the repair I was lucky that it just cost me $200 at the dealer to fix my car. Could I have gone back to VIP to complain? Sure, but I wouldn't trust them to even look for the problem and I didn't want to waste my time any more than I already did. read more

A gentleman named Walter was helping me figure out which services were right for me and noticed my flip flop was broken. He immediately noticed and brought the problem to the managers attention who did nothing. When my cousin said he was going to call the police, the manger stated "why? It's not that big a deal". So apparently it's not that big a deal to the manager of the "establishment" that their customers can't come in and PAY for service and expect that their possessions won't be stolen afterwards. The mechanics and cleaners who work here seem polite and competent enough. Can't say the same for management. I don't remember the man's name but he is so rude. A few months back, I was informed by the cashier that I was due for a free oil change my next time in. The next time I came in, I was charged for an oil change because apparently their system was down and I wasn't actually due for a free oil change. I was annoyed because I was promised it by an employee and really, is it my fault your system is down? But I remained calm. The manager however went off of me just for asking about it! He was so condescending and disrespectful that the cashier had to apologize FOR him! I haven't seen him since so maybe he's been fired.
